Manager/Head Server messed up my large plate of wings. Insisted that I ordered what I was brought. When I know they screwed up on their end. I did get what I actually ordered but was met with doubt and reluctance.
The food is great and the staff is even better. However, I am bugged that they pretty much force you to pay extra for two small orders (8pc) of wings in order to order half and half flavors (16pc) wings. $27.99+tax for 16pc and $14.99+tax for 8pc wings. What difference does it make when splitting the flavors for a 16pc? Not to mention, I was able to order half and half at the Sorrento Valley location, but according to staff there, it is a "Franchise Thing." Do better franchise. There is no other explanation other than forcing people to pay extra to do the same thing you guys would do for two small orders. My rating is the median of the food, the staff, and the franchise overall.
