Worst customer service! The lady that was working was so rude an unprofessional. My boyfriend ordered a horchata shake, she repeated chocolate shake? And he said no horchata shake, and made sure to double check she rang up a horchata shake. We paid, and waited. The male worker then handed my boyfriend a chocolate shake. He politely went back to ask her what kind of shake it was and to which she didn't even know and said "I don't know you tell me?" My boyfriend stated, it looked like chocolate, and tastes like chocolate and she continued to just stare at him. He then reminded her the conversation they had about clarifying it was a horchata shake which seemed to have pissed her off (lol) .. she rudely yelled "give it to me" and slammed the shake in the trash can and yelled at her male coworker to make him another. Next time do your job right and maybe you wouldn't have to get mad at innocent customers for your mistakes spent $50 at this place, never again lol.

I had a iced chai latte, which was good, they offered with whip cream as well so that was a plus, the man at the register was very friendly and welcoming. I also had a churro ice cream sandwich and I notice when I sat down that they do not make their churros or funnel cake fresh, which was disappointing. The churro ice cream sandwich was very disappointing, I only was able to eat less than half. So I wouldn’t recommend any of their churros or funnel cake as it’s frozen then deep fried. Which is why I’m giving it a 3 star.

The bakery is frozen. I ordered a funnel cake and i was waiting for 15mins. I asked the cashier if it was almost ready. She didn't reply back to me she just jumped on a phone call and went to get the funnel cake out of the freezer.

Went here on 7/12 to get the peanut butter (mazapan) with chocolate shake & churro ice cream sandwich with my fiancé. First we didn't get a receipt even after I asked for a printed one. Second, we waited about 20 minutes for our order. The churro's were premade & there was no one ahead of us so I don't understand what took so long. And my last complaint is my peanut butter chocolate shake. Not only was it not even a peanut butter chocolate shake, but the employee had the nerve to tell me that it was a peanut butter chocolate shake. I explained to him that I know what peanut butter chocolate shake taste like & the one he gave me was a mocha shake (it tasted bitter & lack the sweetness). I asked him if he can remake it & he said he made it right & that I got what I ordered & walked away. At least the next time we head out to Old Town for lunch we know to avoid this s*** hole of a place!!! $8+ for a nasty shake

Terrible service. Got stale chips because the packaging was either opened or just bad and the server was not very nice about it. While she was nice enough to open a fresh box most of the shelf on display were expired or the bags were dusty like they'd been sitting there a while. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You can get chips and soda and FIVE AND DIME or one of the OTHER COFFEE SHOPS.
