Today the service was horrible, the girls that worked to weren't friendly one couldn't even turn around to say some would be able to help. One girl took orders and then just left to help the the drive thru. There was no apology for the wait. I understand there is a wait at a coffee shop, but at least say we are short staffed and will be with you. None of these girls working to day were friendly what so ever. To make matters worse I waited 10 mins for toast that wasn't even toasted!

Great coffee, great service. This location is in a cramped area. The drive thru is small so a long line blocks the street and prevents people from driving by.

Stopped by this Better Buzz location after a 5 mile run, and it definitely hit the stop! I was in need of an iced best drink ever and avocado toast, and boy did they deliver! My drink was the tastiest and my avocado toast was made to perfection! Big shout out to the lady, I think her name was Arianna who took my order! She was nice and was able to add balsamic to my toast! I'll be back after my next run to fuel up :)

I was looking for a quick coffee when getting ready to explore the area and found this franchise. I wasn't too familiar with them but glad I gave them a shot. The coffee is good for decent price. I picked the hazelnut latte which was recommended by the friendly staff. Great spot and I would very much try it again.

They don’t handle their business very well. I got the chill breakfast wrap which I’ve had from other locations. The hash brown was still cold and it wasn’t wrapped tight so it just fell apart. I think they just rush a little when busy. I’d be happy to wait 2 more minutes for better product! :)

I had a great experience at this better buzz! I love the space despite it being a small location. A few great things: - I was greeted multiple times by different staff members. - Restrooms were super clean! - My friend and I accidentally over did our stay by a few minutes and there was not a moment where we felt we were getting booted out. - Quick service but also a lot of baristas! What didn't go so great: -Parking is the absolute worst! That's all! My coffee was amazing! I highly recommend this Better Buzz.

This coffee shop was conveniently situated across the street from where I was staying. Despite its busy ambiance, the service was prompt. Their pistachio croissant was delightful, offering a rich flavor of pistachio creamy paste. The ham and cheese sandwich was tasty, and the OG Acai bowl was large and satisfying. Overall, Better Buzz had a great buzz about it.
A coffee shop that WONT sell you an ice coffee Doesn't even make sense. They will say they don't do those but offer a mint ice coffee drink. I asked for an ice coffee at the drive thru and was told they offer latte and I politely asked just for an ice coffee. They replied with okay so you want an food items. I said no and so I assumed they will get me an ice coffee. Nope got a nasty iced milky latte (they are not the same) latte has espresso and a ton of milk. I wouldn't have mind if the lady at the drive thru said "we don't do ice coffees" I would not mind getting out of line. But instead charged me for something I didn't order Business concept is absolutely insane. Don't make coffee complicated. Ice coffee ... really? Impossible And asking for something so simple as such doesn't equate an attitude at the window.
