Wow. Just wow. This place is top notch. Ordered take out through Uber and they were kind enough to put ketchup and lots of napkins in the bag. Honestly, they are very nice! The food is wonderful. The Extra Large Chicken Tenders and absolutely gas. 10/10 recommend.

The quality of their spicy chicken sandwich blew me away. I normally dislike white chicken meat, but the way they made the sandwich made it taste great. Crunchy and well-seasoned on the outside and juicy on the inside.
I don't normally eat chicken sandwiches however I was craving one and decided to order chick-fil-a on ubereats however was out of a delivery range as I just moved downtown San Diego, I ordered here instead and I can tell you all, I will never order or eat from chick-fil-a again after ordering here and eating the food! The quality is just remarkable! Food was amazing and I just wanted to let everyone know that works here especially the owners, it's so amazing way better than anything chick-fil-a could ever offer! My food came still piping hot! Huge pieces of delicious chicken! I actually ordered some chicken tenders as well just to see if my dog would eat it because she's old and sick and has been refusing most food except broth, she surprisingly ate every piece of what I gave her LOL! So pleased and definitely worth every penny! Thank you for satisfying my craving!

I'm not sure why others had not the best experience trying their sandwiches, but we just tried their Original Bird - Fried Chicken Sandwich, and it was SO good. The photo I took will not do it justice! I should have opened it up to show everything.To me, all the textures and flavors went so well. The chicken was crispy on the outside, but so tender and juicy on the inside. The sauce was well balanced, and the pickle always great. The bun was nice and soft.Dare I say the best chicken sandwich for me is here! The fact that you can pre-order ahead of time, and drive on over and enjoy it outside in the San Diego Sun :)

I don't know if this is healthy food but the chicken was moist and I ordered it at 10 pm, plus it was the only think open. The chicken is a 10 but maybe the waffle and biscuits are just ok, like 7. But dipped in ranch they were great too. Take a chance !
This has to be the best fried chicken I have ever had, besides my mothers of course! The strips are huge, so I was afraid they would either be dry or undercooked but they were cooked to absolute perfection. I always get the spicy strips with the original bird sauce and honey mustard, and let me tell you, it does not disappoint. The seasoning for the spicy strips is unreal. Never a lack of flavor here! I've also tried the waffle fries which were seasoned to perfection and cooked perfectly. The spicy chicken sandwich was also a favorite. I will always come back to Bird and Bun. They never disappoint.
