The food here is so delicious! I came here with my girlfriend because she saw a video about this place on instagram. We had to check it out and I will say it exceeded my expectations. Alayna helped us out and recommended us the lemon pepper wings, Bulgogi fries, and kimchi fried rice. It was so delicious and I definitely will come back for more. Customer service was 11/10:D

One of the best places for food I have ever been! At first I was so overwhelmed and I didn't know what I wanted to try but Alayna recommended me the lemon pepper wings, bulgogi fries and kimchi fried rice, so of course I got them all. She was so helpful and kind to me and the customer service was simply amazing. I will definitely be coming back. 10/10!

This place just opened so we had to try got. Ordered the Tamarind Wings, Spicy Chicken Sandwich & Tamarind Sandwich. From the food to the service to the ambiance everything was amazing! Highly remind getting wings if you enjoy your wings crispy- they may be some of the best wings I've had in a while!

this place has amazing chicken, and their sides are the best. very quick service (Jesus our server was so nice), clean and very good ambiance! we ordered Bon n Dok (my favorite!), bulgogi fries (the fries was very crispy and flavorful), soy garlic and garlic parmesan chicken were the best! , and the corn cheese we great also! we have their passion fruit and lychee lemonade and we enjoyed them as well! definitely a comfort food place!

A+++! Wings are cooked perfectly and tasty all by themselves. Bulgogi fries are legit. Crispy even under the generous amount of bulgogi on top. Bulgogi bowl also very good but had to take it home as we were full from wings and fries. I like that they served the wings in 5 pieces (or 10) so you can try a few different ones. Jesus gave great service. Quick, attentive and friendly!

My in-laws family and my family had a planned culinary experience where our plan was to eat dinner at Bok Bok Dok followed by dessert at another location in San Diego. There were some Instagram reels that piqued our interests, so we decided on those two spots to spend some quality family time. Bok Bok Dok (BBD) has the potential to be a quality eatery, but our experience had some struggles and these can be easily fixed by management. BBD can be found in the Point Loma/Sports Arena Blvd. area and it was a convenient location for families living down South and up North in San Diego. The restaurant is part of a strip mall of businesses where Cravory Cookies, Euphoria, King Crab, Kona Kakes, and Meehai Thai can be found. As you enter, you immediately notice a large neon chicken, neon farm animals, wooden accents throughout, decorative lighting, and stuffed animals like chickens and pigs. There are televisions for your viewing pleasure and a good amount of seating. We got to BBD at 6pm and it was busy. For the majority of time we were there, there was only one waiter and he really couldn't keep up with the amount of people eating there. I witnessed people waiting a long time and a couple actually walked out. The poor dude did the best he could, but he took long to take orders and his struggle is probably why our food did not come out hot. Despite the waiter giving a valiant effort, what enticed our family to visit Bok Bok Dok were the alluring pics of their food displayed on Instagram. Even though the food wasn't as hot as I would have liked, it really was tasty and filling. My family ordered two Soy Garlic chicken sandwiches, 5 Sweet + Spicy chicken wings, Bok N Dok rice cake, Bulgogi Fries, plain fries, and tater tots. The Soy Garlic chicken sandwich contained soy garlic chicken, Asian slaw, and pickles on a brioche bun. The chicken was substantial, the soy garlic sauce was yummy, and the other components blended well together. The brioche bun was an okay vessel. The star of our meal were the Bulgogi Fries, which had an ample amount of fries, bulgogi, Asian coleslaw, spicy mayo, and cilantro. My family of four engulfed those fries and unanimously thought it was satisfying and flavorful. There was plenty of bulgogi, the slaw added depth, and the good amount of mayo just paired really well. My wife wasn't a fan of their rice cake and I thought it was okay. I really hope management hires more people, so that their food comes to their diners quicker and hot. My entire family firmly believes in Family First Always, so it truly was a blessing to spend quality time together. Hopefully Bok Bok Dok works on their opportunities because it truly has the potential to be a popular restaurant. 3.5 stars for now, but it can definitely be better.

The wings was amazing! We had the garlic pharm, lemon pepper and kimchi fried rice ! Yum!! 10/10 the sweet and spicy was a little bit in the too sweet side but still ok! The bulgogi fries was ok. As cut too thick for our liking and became too heavy. Jesus our server was the only one working the floor that night but still gave us amazing service and recommendations 10/10 as well! Overall great date night spot for my girls! Will come back again!

Came around 6:30pm on a Friday and they were incredibly short staffed. I was excited to try the food as the looked great, but service was way too slow for a Friday. The tables are weren't clean and there was one waiter working. I would come back again to try the food another time and give this place another try. However, I don't think this is worth the wait.

Noticed this little gem down the street from our place and we're so glad we did! Stopped by for happy hour and the drinks and food was so good!!! Didn't even take a photo of our food because we ate it too quick. But huge fan of the Sweet & Spicy wings, Bulgogi fries, and Bulgogi tacos. Customer service was also great! Zach was very personable and attentive while we dined in. Definitely coming back!
