A very attractive place and a very good attitude from the bartenders and all the staff who work there, a place to spend time with the whole family.

Lots of outdoor tables and parking available nearby! Came on a weekend around 3-4ish, lots of different options on tap. The horchata ale is a must try as well as the micheladas!

The good:Delicious chocolate stout. A must try. Ambiance has a very cool vibeStaff is courteousFood looked good but wasn't hungry so didn't try it. They grill the carne asada in front of you. So you'll smell it all.The bad:Parking can be a bit challenging. Can be a bit loud at times (but is a bar, so suck it up)

My best friend was in San Diego and went out for drinks and a bite to eat, I’am a big fan of barrio Logan since I grew up around the area and everything here is worth visiting. It was my first time at this location and I immediately liked the open space. The drink menu looked good and I wanted to try everything, I ordered the abuelita chocolate stout and I was amazed and excited of how delicious and smooth it was. By far the best one I’ve had, also ordered a pepino michelada with chamoy on the rim delicious! So flavorful and you can taste everything and so refreshing the last drink I ordered was grapefruit paloma and it hit the spot so much stronger and again delicious love the chamoy on the rim. There’s also outside sitting where me and my best friend sat and enjoyed a bite to eat. We ordered carne asada fries and a loaded baked potato and portions are big we couldn’t finish everything but so worth it. I have to also say one of the best carne asada I’ve had. Definitely a great experience and will be coming back soon. Almost forgot to mention the ladies at the bar were amazing, love how they offered to try the stout before ordering a glass.

The Horchata beer is the best beer in town! It’s smooth and strong. This place is so underrated.

Barrio fries was amazing! The beer options, priceless. I'm obsessed with Tropicante ipa. The ambience was so inviting. I'll definitely be back.

We love coming here on our way home after a weekend in Mexico. It always our little recap spot where we get to relax, have some smooth cold beers and delicious tacos. Get the tacos!! Do it! Asada is my fav. They add beans in it so it makes even more tastier. The meat is grilled so fricken good. I think it's wood fired. The shrimp taco is also really good. The folks in the back for the food are always very helpful and attentive. The bartenders are okay. I feel like they always seem very vague and rushed but either way it's good beer and they aren't specifically rude. Try the pepino beer! We came on a Sunday afternoon this time and they had a dj playing some good music. We could have stayed there all day!

This review is based on the tacos, served outside on patio on the Sunday weekend of Cinco de mayo. They were mini tacos, tasty. Got carne asada and pork adobada.Outdoor seating is plentiful. Lots of benches with shade tarp coverings. Good vibe.Inside the bar and dining area has a bunch of Mexican art decor.

It was fun, my favorite place to go but now it's not safe I just recently went and noticed a group of cholos (under age) just scanning the place. This make me feel very uncomfortable I thought we were done with this nonsense. My suggestion is to make this place 21 and up.

Great brewery- lots of excellent beer choices. The brewery is quite large with an outdoor area in the back. It kind of reminded me of Cheers- a lot of locals where everyone knew everyone with a friendly and family-oriented vibe. I would recommend you try their beers.
