Been going here for 20 years. Service was slow. Employees attire was dirty and unkempt. Waited 21 mins for a burger and fries. Warm. Dining area was dirty. Tables needed cleared and floors swept. Bathroom really bad. Appears employees have NO pride and don't care. Sad.

This place has to do something about homeless. They cannot just come and do a mess on tables, bathroom and dirty the whole place . Annoying customer and when I want to get a table is all dirty with homeless
Me and my family have been regular costumers of this store for the last 3 years, never had an issue until tonight. Besides being a costumer I’m also a delivery driver, never had an issue with that either for the last 3 years.Tonight I went on the drive thru to pick up an order and the alleged manager told me the order wasn’t there. My protocol on these situations is to contact support so they can contact the merchant and figure out how to solve the issue. The manager immediately cut me off saying that they didn’t have a phone at the store and what I was explaining was inaccurate. She refused to listen to any word that I was saying, repeatedly interrupting me and being rude to me.I’m absolutely never coming back to this store, as a costumer or as a driver, neither is any of my family members or friends. A store like this should be taking care of their costumers, we bring big business to this places. Just because we are REPRESENTING a costumer doesn’t mean you can mistreat us. We ARE the costumer, picking up orders for others or for ourselves.

Hours are incorrectly posted. I went around 9:00am, and they refused my Order.... Not a good location to get a quick Breakfast. Carl's Jr., Denny's, and Jack n the Box are all really close by, try them instead of wasting your time.

My own meal and service wasn’t too terrible, however as soon as i sat down to eat, they locked the doors at 10:30 am which I know to be illegal while people are inside and started to yell at people that made it in stating that they had to close the door due to short staff. I get short staff, but watching people trying to get in while I’m enjoying food knowing if I let them in they’ll get yelled at ruined the atmosphere.
I just need to use the restroom so I purchase some fries but a rude personal didnt let me used ????

I came here on 12.07.2023 and it was the last time. I will never come here again. The nails of the woman who took the order and was handling the food were about 4-5 cm long and they were full of yellow and black dirt. I had to throw the food away. Her nails may be long, which is understandable, but they were extremely unkempt, they were curled, they were disgusting. This is a beyond image. It must have been a BURGER KING official warning these employees to wear gloves.
