Came in around 8ish pm last 4/4/2024 had a surf and turf burrito usually when I get them from here they are great last night was one of the worst one tortilla was cold. But what really got me was the fact that it was not even closing time and their bathroom was closed do to "cleaning" then I asked the person who took the order if I could use it as he answered " its closed now we close it around this time for cleaning " when by law in California every food establishment needs a working bathroom regardless if need cleaning!!!! Then I asked I asked a young girl if I could get access to use it and gave me the same answer that it was closed already.

I'm going to start with I loved coming to this place. My favorite breakfast burrito of all time is here, but unfortunately I got a violent case of food poisoning yesterday from the chicken cali shell bowl. Worst stomach cramps I've ever had in my life. Unfortunately won't be coming back here again.

Good spot to get some quick eats! A large chain I believe, but it is consistent and delish both pick-up and delivery. Can't say much about the ambiance as I haven't been inside myself, but the service is fast and friendly!
Went to buy California burritos. But this time to my surprise it was mostly cheese and fries. I know times are hard but they can’t be that stingy with the mean. I have the surf & turf burro it's fire how I get it, no rice no Pico and add
MexiCali cuisine. Not quite ? Mexican. Have lots of different soups, tacos , burritos and plates to choose from. You get there and go to the counter to ask and pay for your food. The food price is not on the cheap side for sure. 16 bucks for a caldo de res (beef stew) but the generous portions are full of tasty food nonetheless. There are some other "Mexican places" around this one in case the flavor is not to your liking but this place is very clean and well kept. Obviously, you may be looking for taste and that is up to your taste buds.Vegetarian options: You can check the ingredients or the name of the dish
The food is good. The never had a bad experience with customer service. Unfortunately we had to stop eating there because we kept finding hair in our food. (Three different times).

stay clear of this place. real crap service. i haven't been able to find one good local food place that is good in San Diego, this is yet another failed attempt at trying to get good service and food.
