This place has been around for a long time, before it was Hoai Hue specialized in Central Vietnamese cuisines, until they moved down the street with a new lease.Everything didn't change much since 2008 when I first came here, parking was zero chance to nothing, even now they turned it into a coffee shop/bar/sports game etc. Besides the parking problem, you will find that their menu also lacking, they only serve coffee, beer and a few other canned drinks, no food, they have a big screen tv for everyone to crammed in together to watch the big game during game season, other than that there will be a large group of regulars occupied the entire space, very shady looking, face tattoos and stuffs, no one come in or out, they smoked so much the place filled up with second hand cigarettes that could probably give you asthma or lung cancer, so I suggest don't come here to hang out if you think it's Starbucks, because it's not; stay away if you're not a smoker and member of a gang or something.
