Love Talitha. Their mission, their product, and their staff are all amazing. Jake, Adriana, Taylor, and the whole team are excellent. The support, communication, and expertise are always authentic, prompt, and professional. We are in the throes of opening a new coffee shop and the Talitha team has been with us each step of the way, offering guidance, tech support (thank you Taylor for bearing with us with such grace), and training as we get our shop rolling. We are proud to be partnering with them and be a part of their mission as we grow. Grateful to them for all that they offer, they truly go the extra mile. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a roasting partner, coffee education, or just a good cup of coffee.

I've been a wholesale customer for over 10 years, previously with Cafe Virtuoso and now Talitha. It's an honor to tell our customers that we serve organic coffee that is locally roasted. In addition, the support staff is amazing! Adriana has taught me more about coffee, and how to provide the best possible product to serve our clients, than I ever thought existed! Thank you Adriana and the entire Talitha team for your support and awesome coffee!

I have been purchasing this coffee for myself for years. I used to go in and pick up bags when it was cafe virtuoso as I live 9 mins away walking from the San Diego store location. Since the name change I've had to purchase online and pay $7 to ship one $20 bag of coffee each time which is outrageous when I can literally walk 10 minutes to the store and pick up if it was available however when I called I was told they just put random bags out to purchase. I don't like that I'm unable to go in and purchase the product I want and have to pay almost half of the price of the coffee to have it shipped a few blocks away!!! Love the mission and coffee but do better for your loyal customer this is insanity.

CLOSED - coffee shop is closed. Not the best walk either.

Update: Virtuoso was once, the higher end, Organic coffee beans that give the coffee a fresh and, most notably, a clean taste that is highly enjoyable. Was one of the best Coffee Roasters in San Diego County. This was my go to roaster for every day coffee. It's changed to Talitha, and I dropped one Star for two reasons: not knowing if the beans are roasted freshly or part of a big batch that's a few weeks old; and, second reason, slow shipping--no beans yet. One plus, Talitha still have a few beans that made Virtuoso, and ordered them. Will they be as good, or even better, I will update. My biggest issue with ever roaster is not knowing type of bean(s), origin, country, etc...

When in early morning 8am. I waited longer than the drive through at Starbucks. They were not prepared they took FOREVER for two iced mochas. And the whipped cream on them was very sloppy looked like my 6yr old did it. Sucks to wait that long for the area they’re in. Homeless EVERYWHERE

Sadly, Our experience was not as great as other reviews. Our pastries were nothing special and did not feel quite fresh. The brew was nothing spectacular as well. Maybe we just did not order the best items on the menu? The area does not feel safe. Staff is friendly.

Bad experience, the barista was opposite of welcoming. They let in a homeless guy that was doing his crazy talk at me. Coffee was decent

I really wish I could give a 5 star review here. The staff is always so nice and the coffee is good. But every time I have come here there are bugs by the food/pastries like flies and gnats and frankly it's gross. I refuse to eat the food here because of this and it makes my coffee less enjoyable, thinking about it.

Organic coffee and Organic milk. They also have real whip cream ! I bought both a hot and iced mocha with dark chocolate. Excellent ??. Too bad we found this place at the tail end of our stay in San Diego.

The service is not what it used to be, the Baristas are not what they used to be. I come in no greeting, no smile. The lattes are not presented how they used to be. Honestly it all went more downhill when Mary left. She was the last good Barista.I've always come weekly to Virtuoso for more than 3 years. And although the quality of the coffee beans is still great, the service is not. I also miss seeing latte art on the lattes.

Nice caffe. The coffee tastes amazing. I got the Beirut bloom. It was heavenly really. They have organic coffee. Their dairy free alternatives is oat milk, almond milk, and soy. They sell coffee too. It’s amazing. I walked through a not friendly neighborhood to get to here so keep that in mind if your walking

Read an article about top ranked restaurants and cafes in San Diego and Cafe Virtuoso was featured! I tried their Iced Mocha and their Americano. The mocha uses dark chocolate which I actually prefer so it wasn't overly sweet. Probably my favorite mocha I've tried! The 24oz was a good size as I usually take forever to finish my drink, but I think this time was the fastest I've ever downed my coffee.
