If you don't like your job and can't accommodate for a customer request vs blabbing about your work experience and why what you say goes. If I didn't have to travel for a funeral I'd ask to spk with your supervisor. People like him is why this place is rated so low in the first place. Do better

Ordered a ham and cheddar panini. No panini press. Also no oil/butter so it was just toasted bread that was rock hard and inedible. 2 small pieces of cheese that covered half of the bread. The ham was good. But I had to take that out and eat it separately because the break qndnsherse we're completely solid and inedible.

One of the biggest, most shameful, rip-offs I've ever had at an airport food service place. A "roast beef melt sandwich" has a single slice of cheese and single tiny slice of roast beef on two huge slices of bread. For the price paid I'd expect much more meat and cheese between those two slices of bread! At least the employee that helped me was friendly.

I walked from a faraway gate here because it’s the only store that pops up when I typed “vegan” in the search bar on the airport’s interactive map, but all of their hot dishes have meat. The only thing that’s vegan I could see is the refrigerated hummus cup and fruit cup, which other stores everywhere in the airport also have.

Avoid at all costs. Food and service is awful. My $11 "panini" was a slice of ham and a slice of cheese between slices of wheat bread that was warmed for about 10 seconds. Probably about .30 cents worth of unappetizing looking food.

Chicken Pesto, Turkey sandwiches, chocolate and blueberry muffins, nut snack, iced tea, etc.Good choice of sustenance, they have individual bananas, freshly made breakfast sandwiches and prepackaged cookies.Few feet away from Peet's.
If I am paying $4.60 USD + tax for a bagel with cream cheese I expect that the cream cheese is put on there and no just placed in a bag for me to put on. I was looking for a quick grab and go item because I needed to catch a flight. But instead I had to find a place to sit and put the cream cheese on before the bagel cooled down. Talking about bagels, it was chewy and stale. It tasted like it wasn’t fresh and has been toasted before. My significant other got the grilled cheese and said the bread was stale also and it was all together flavorless. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My expectations weren't high, being airport food, but there really are so many better options. I ordered a ham & cheese melt, the sandwich was sloppily put together, tomatoes were mushy, looked like 2 thin slices of ham and 2 thin slices of Swiss. The middle of the sandwich was cold, I wouldn't call it a melt, more of a ham and Swiss on grilled bread (and that's a generous description). I also didn't appreciate how rude the gentleman was to the patron in front of me when she asked to switch the cheese from Swiss to cheddar. Rather than saying "it's a ham and Swiss melt, it comes with Swiss" with an attitude, a simple "no" would have sufficed. However, I don't see how switching the cheese was that labor intensive. Anyhow, go somewhere else, I'm about to since I'm still hungry and all...

I had a panini and the size of the “Panini” was huge, but the cheese and bread was unbalanced. So little cheese and so much stale bread. Also to much meat. It tasted so bad and the moment I took a bite I noticed there was mold. Overall the coffee was decent but it didn’t have caffeine for some reason and I was so tired that I had a 5AM flight. The menu had so little options. The coffee cups were smaller than my palms and I could drink it in one bite. Shame on you. Please do not come here unless you’d want to get some sort of sickness. I can assure you that you will have a terrible experience here ????

This is the worst food I have ever tried. I ordered a bacon, egg cheese sandwich, but I only came with bread and bacon. I returned it and got the saddest sandwich ever. The bacon was raw and I threw it away. Don't go here.
