"I want immediate compensation for the financial and business losses incurred due to the account closure." The worst bank on the face of the Earth. They closed my bank account without any explanation, just sent an email. When I called to understand the reasons, it was futile. They put me on hold every time without any assistance, transferring me from one employee to another, and then they hang up on me. They have employees who don't speak English at all. One of the worst banks I've dealt with, and I wish I never gave them a chance.

I had such a wonderful study experience here. The space is perfect- very open and wide, encouraging and minimal decor, the drink selection was great- I had a turmeric, ginger tea latte, and the service was fantastic. I called first to ask if they were dog friendly, and was told, "Yes... We hope to see you soon." Very nice reception and function at this cafe! Working here was an accessible luxury!

Great spot to study/have a productive work session! There's lots of seating at Capital One Cafe. You just need to be comfortable possibly sharing a table or working across from someone. You'll see a ton of (stressed and caffeinated) students with their laptops out, especially around Finals Week :) I tried the Iced Honey Lavender Latte and it was delicious! The cafe partners with Verve Coffee for their roasts, which is great. There are also a few meeting rooms, but those are usually booked. So Capital One Cafe is the place for you if you want to have a work session or work in person with a group, but may not be right for you if you need to be on a zoom call since there may be sound distractions. Wi-Fi is strong here! I didn't have any issues when I was on a zoom call.

Enjoyed the Breakfast Club Sandwich today. Fried egg, bacon and cheese in a baked roll.

This is such a good cafe omg. I get what people are saying some people have outside food and drinks and aren't even buying any items from this cafe which is why I docked a star. Not fair we have to find a spot when we're actual customers of the cafe. But the service, atmosphere, and drinks/food is soooo worth it! I will keep coming back for sure

This place is great, lots of seating, Verve coffee roasters and the baristas are great. I do have one HUGE complaint that i'll remain a docked star for -- during busy season the number of students with NON Capital One drinks like Wushiland, La Colombe, etc is too damn high. They're hogging up all the spots, probably for hours while paying customers like us are scrambling to find a spot. They should have a "NO OUTSIDE DRINKS" policy or something. Or give a bit more preferential treatment to us Venture X holders (haha, half JK but wishful thinking). Management, if you're reading this, please consider implementing this policy!

When I first heard about Capital One Cafe, I thought it would be a banking lobby with a break area of light eats, coffee, and tea. The suite inside the Westfield UTC Mall was actually much larger than I had expected. There was no shortage of tables or power outlets. Combined with the free WiFi signal and a back room where larger groups could congregate, it was easy to see why this cafe was a good place for studying. Peet's is the coffee brand that is carried. I saw some baked goods for sale, but they didn't have much beyond that during my visit (i.e. no salads or sandwiches). That shouldn't be a deterrent though as there are numerous options at the mall so bringing in some take-out grub will quell any hunger. I ended up ordering a large Wild Berry Hibiscus tea for a drink while I was surfing the internet on my phone. The cold tea was pretty ordinary. For food and beverages, I gave Capital One Cafe a three star rating and added another half-star for the spacious setup.

Not at this place but capital one is one of the most horrible banks to have. Will close your account after any mistakes on transfers you or a 3rd party make. If I could give it 0 stars I would

The place is amazing! The coffee is delicious and is in line with their mission of being earth friendly. The place has plenty of room for people to do as one needs such as study for exams, log into your computer to work on projects, sit and check mail on your phone, or just sit with friends and enjoy their coffee! They do have rooms to do meetings in. I'm not sure what it takes to reserve one but they will assist! Did I happen to mention the place is also a Capital One Bank!!! Definitely set up an account and get their perks for having an account such as half off your drinks! Yes, that's correct! Half off!

Let me spill the beans on the Capital One Cafe - duuude, what a treat!! The 50% off on drinks when you use your Capital One card is a game-changer!! The switch from Peet's to Verve Coffee Roasters was an awesome surprise; their iced honey lavender latte was a sweet escape, though a tad light on the lavender taste. 'Tis the season for pumpkin spice lattes, & unfortunately, their PSL was like autumn in a rainstorm - watered down and lacking that spicy warmth. Nevertheless, the cafe was buzzing with students taking advantage of the affordable craft coffee, ample tables, outlets, and WiFi. The service was as smooth as their brews, enhancing the overall positive vibe. A perfect spot to caffeinate and conquer the day!

Upon walking in the space seemed daunting like it would be for Members Only. To my surprise, everyone is Welcome to The Capital One Café which is nice. There are special perks for CO card owners. I got a 50% discount for using my capital one card which is pretty amazing!! The latte was $6.25 and with the discount it was $3.13 ~ To drink, I ordered an Iced Honey Lavender Latte (with 2% milk). And oh my god, I am so stoked they have THE VERVE COFFEE ROASTERS here!!! Ah!!, this beats Peet's Coffee out of the park! The Verve (located in Santa Cruz) is 10000 times better than Peet's. Now speaking about my latte...it tastes more honey with a touch of lavender. It is pretty balanced with the espresso. I'm happy that the lavender is not too much because I don't want to be drinking a perfume-y drink. Also the ice they use is so good! I've been here more than one hour and the ice hasn't melted. That's insane, what sorcery is this? For a cafe, I wished they served things in a "for here" cup rather than plastic usage... For seating: there are so many seats. They have against the wall seating with outlets. Communal seating with outlets. And multiple circle tables by the door that seats two people. Then if you walk further in they have large wooden tables that seats about 4-6 people. And in addition, two red cushioned couch like seating. Great for study groups, team meetings if that's your thing, go with a friend or family, or even by yourself. The only thing I'd fix would be the lighting they have for the space. The lights flicker occasionally and it's a bit dim in some spaces. The lighting isn't very even. These lights are small and high up which doesn't give much coverage for the table. They would do better keeping the warm lighting they have at the coffee bar through out the cafe. At the moment, the lighting gives me IKEA vibes. The music ambiance needs some work. At the front of the place it said that they look to create a space where they can inspire people to use creative mindsets (summarized in my words because I can't remember exactly what was said). They played: 1000 miles, Torn, Paradise, bad Habits. All these songs are reminiscent of when I was in middle school/high school. To be honest, I'd love if they played Nothing But Thieves and other artists like that. Imagine, Members Only and Something on My Mind being played here? The Dead Club City album playing would provide me and I'm sure many others such a creative and inspirational flow ~! Highly recommend coming here if you're in the UTC mall!

First off, Capital One is the worst bank I've ever had. Customer service is terrible, security is terrible, etc. Check deposits take forever and they can't cash them at their own locations. The fact that this branch is inside a mall that makes you pay for parking after 2 hours should be illegal in my opinion. Now onto the "Café" aspect, there used to be a Peet's coffee here which is a step above Starbucks but not a big step above. It was passable. Now it's Verve coffee which is terrible, even at the decent prices members get. Overall this location is not worth going to unless you have to for some reason like there is an app outage which has certainly happened before.

Shout out to Grace, the Capital One employee who helped me and my husband with a frustrating situation that we were unable to resolve for ourselves online or on the phone. We were with her nearly 2 hours, just to get our individual CD accounts changed to joint. She had to speak to more than one Capital One employee herself, plus had to hand off her phone to each of us more than once, and we had to answer the same questions multiple times, submit driver's license photos multiple times, etc. Obviously the right hands of Cap 360 have no idea what the left hands are doing. It was frustrating beyond belief, and if I were writing a review of Capital 360 itself you can bet it would not be 5 stars (and I'm still considering moving funds when CD matures). BUT for the help we needed today, Grace was indeed the epitome of her own name - Grace under pressure; patient beyond belief. THANK YOU Grace.

A good, quiet place to come and study or do business. The coffee could be better but it's half off with a capital one card, so don't complain. There's two hours of free parking, which is limiting, but not bad. A good refresher place.
