Over 20 bucks for lunch. The burgers absolutely sucked. Bottom bun was super soggy. Top bun you could drive a nail with. Lettuce was a little brown and old looking. Coke was watered down to the point of not even tasting like Coke. Fries were hot and not bad tasting. Fast food is what it is however, then it becomes true junk food.

Great customer service @ the drive thru . Guy in an Afro was super friendly. He let me pay half cash half apple pay and food came out quick.Definitely would come here
I had food delivered from Carl's Jr. I specifically noted for the driver to text me and ring the doorbell when he/she arrived! I received a text from Carl's Jr. that my food had been delivered. I responded that I hadn't received it. I opened my door to look for the driver...to my dismay the driver sat my food on the ground by my door it was cold...on the ground and I was livid! I called and complained...Carl's Jr. corporate office NEVER reached out to me, concerning that issue! That indicated to me that they don't value customers!! This is why I don't boost tips to the drivers...they could care less about customer service! Beware, when you order by way of delivery!!!

Came to get food at 9pm and they were already closed. Online says they are open 24 hours and their sign on the door says they are open till 11.

I can see how their rating is so low. I went there at 7:15 to order some food. Another vehicle was in front of me. But they left. When I got to the window nobody was there. Finally, someone showed up. I asked if they were open. He said no. We open at 8. I asked, then why does the sign say 7 am? He stuck his head out the drive-through window to look. And said we have not started cooking and closed the window. This was the third time in two weeks that I could not order anything. I know it is not an issue. But if you are going to say you are open at 7am. You should let your employees know. I will not be going by again.

I really only use yelp to check places before I go. However I generally have a standard experience at this place. I go here for my lunch break, because I enjoy carls jr's burgers. But how are you going to give me the western bacon burger with no patty... i didn't even ask for anything off of it. I mean come on! I wish I was joking too.
