I went inside and there wasn't another adult in site. All teenagers. Ok, no problem. They are all talking with friends, I honestly couldn't tell who worked there and who didn't. But then one asks me how I am going to pay as I am still looking at the menu. I said it didn't matter to me, and he proceeded to tell me that I was going to use a credit card and then turned around his monitor and turned his back to me to resume his conversation that couldn't wait. It took me 10min to order a sourdough and a milkshake, as this was not a consumer interface, rather a custom point of sale system that they send their own employees to be trained on how to use. Nobody offered to help me as I was obviously struggling, they just continued talking about sexual encounters and parties loud enough for everyone to hear. The employees in the kitchen were the only ones doing anything close to work. I am a business owner myself, and I would want to know if my employees were being so destructive to my company. I highly recommend that you check your cameras from last Saturday night. 4-6 people behind the counter, and not one helping a customer. Not even sure all of them were employees. I wish I could attach the pictures that I took.Edit- I just added a photo of the screen I took while making my order. Not sure why I can't attach it to the review like I do with most reviews (almost all positive feedback) but at least its there for management to see.

I ordered through the Drive thru they had me park for almost 15min. To get my food received my food ordered Santa Fe bun was incorrect & chicken was hard taste was horrible. I tossed it eat side order. Went in to use the bathroom asked for bathroom code I was ignored by staff I felt staff was rude. NEVER AGAIN NEXT TIME I'LL GO TO IN-N-OUT BETTER FOOD & CUSTOMER SERVICE. I SHOULD OF GAVE THEM BACK MY NASTY BURGER ? DIDN'T WANT TO BOTHER IS. TOSSED IN THERE GARBAGE ? ? CHOOSE WISELY WHEN DINING. I decided if I ask for another one I'm taking a risk of getting sick or they may spit in it so I've heard.. I'm disappointed back in the day it USE TO BE GOOD THEY'VE LOST THEIR TOUCH...GOOD LUCK

Terrible place, I'm about to call corporate and make my complaint formally but I wanted to stop by to warn the diners that it is the worst Carls Jr. you can visit, employees are rude, they have no customers and they take time, they give you cold food . I had to ask them to change my fries because they were cold and empty, they did it in a bad way... the jalapenos poppers were also frozen, the meat of the cold burgers. I ended up returning everything immediately and asking for my refund, the euphoric employee throwing everything in the trash like throwing things trying to scare me... but I'm fine with the food, it's not cheap at all, so that despite not having customers, they want to serve you all bad and in a bad way. Terrible place. “The passive aggressive manager” and an older woman who talks to you as if you were her employee. Rude and haughty old woman. Don't forget that part of your job is customer service!!!

This Carl's Jr has the worst staff I've ever encountered. They are rude and don't care about an ounce about their customers needs. I walked into their establishment with a party of 5 people, we had just crossed the boarder line after waiting 6 hours and were hungry and in desperate need to relieve ourselves. Like any person would, we wanted to worry about using the restroom before placing our order. However when we asked to use the restroom, we were given an ugly attitude and told we needed to order first. We ensured them we were ordering but had to relieve ourselves, we could no longer wait. They ended up giving the code to us for the WOMENS restroom only and refused to let my MALE fiancé have the code unless he personally bought something aside from the order we were already placing because he was a MALE. Not only is it illegal to charge people to use a PUBLIC restroom in a PUBLIC establishment, but it is beyond wrong to try and charge the same person twice for a restroom that should not have a charge to begin with. We have tried contacting the general manager all week, even just a regular manager on duty but we've been told that every shift they've had there was no manager on duty and no general manager at all. We finally got in contact with the general manager this morning, and she was just as rude, if not ruder than her regular staff. She refused to give us her name, and rudely hung up on us while we were still trying to explain the situation to her. We've even gone as far as to getting in touch with a neighboring store and asked them to have their district leader get in contact with us and am still waiting on a call. If this issue can't be resolved with Carls Jr itself, I am willing to take this as far up as I need to so that no one else has to deal with this same situation.An additional bonus, their restrooms were disgusting. There was used tampons in the floor looking like it was there for days. Poop and who knows what other substances all over their walls. There were no toilet seat covers, and it smelled like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. They are guarding this restroom with their life, just to walk in and see nothing but filth.

Great location right of the freeway. The cashier got my order wrong and was overcharged. My food was crushed as they put it in a small bag and they did not have the condiments for my order. Just double check your order if you come to this location.
