Really pathetic management at this location. They completely mess up an online order and the only solution they’re willing to offer the customer- (3 weeks after the initial complaint was sent) is a promo for free fries?? It’s worth driving a little bit more to dine at the Balboa ave location and stay away from this horrid CFA location.

Triple check your food before you leave. I never thought I’d be writing a review for Chick Fil A before and I doubt anyone will even read this but this location consistently messes up my order practically every single time I come here. It’s partly on me now for not always checking, but there’s ALWAYS something whether it’s forgetting the sauce you asked for, no dressing for your salad (happened twice now) no fruit on my salad when I asked and paid for extra, etc. Writing this review in a fit of irritation because I asked for TWO dressings for my cool wrap and got…. ZERO.

Standard Chick-fil-A, excellent experience, and excellent food. The inside is a little cramped, so I would recommend using the drive-through. This location also has their own electric delivery cars so you do not have to use Uber eats or anything while here.
Sort of upset.I order a 12 piece large nuggest meal.After I got home, I only found 10 nuggests instead of 12. I wanted to share them with my dogs, that, and I'm hungry.If I were to return here, I'd make sure before leaving the store.Please employees... literally don't forget to count what you put inside the CONTAINERS, or BAGS. That's how customers get upset.

Great Chick-fil-A drive thru. Not too long of a wait going through and very friendly staff members. We ordered the spicy deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, and waffle fries. All delicious as always, especially with the Chick-fil-A sauce. Recommend the chain and the location.
Gage Mercer, please stop disrespecting me. I appreciate you giving rewards. But if you’re only doing to give “$0 delivery fee” 10 times in a row and never give an actual food reward, don’t bother. There’s nothing more disappointing than seeing you got a reward, and then realizing it’s basically useless.
