They make an effort to create good experience but they have to work on pay attention to orders. We had 2 salads, some chicken nuggets, mac & cheese, drinks and ice cream. Our bag only had 1 napkin and 1 fork ?. Place needs attention on tables. We know is customers fault they don’t pick after themselves but… cmon kitchen does not need 30 people. Go to the floors keep clean and make the effort. Good food but pricey for what they offer. Not coming back to eat on place. Better pick up and eat on a park (cleaner)

The short girl with lots of tattoos is a bad rep. Supposed to be a pleasant experience for people who come here to eat, instead I hear her say she “hates those kinds of customers” about the black couple in front of me to another worker. What kind of racist? Why hire someone who doesn’t like black people?! It’s 2024! Shame! Unprofessional. Food was okay, other than that girl service was okay. Would’ve been better if I knew I wasn’t being served food by a racist.

I’ve I’ve been to the restaurant almost every day, and this short lady tells me to back off for checking my order she was just rude. Everyone else has been super nice to me. I don’t know what happened but I’m going to report her to her boss.
If you know me, I hate long lines, especially for food, when I'm starving, and my kids are too. Lol. I love this particular location because of how close it is off the freeway, and their drive-through line isn't so crazy or backed up into other parking zones and retail shops. We tend to like to order, get our food, and get out. So we use the mobile drive-through option on our app, scan the code at the drive-through window, and proceed after the next car to get our food. It's really so much easier, and I always feel like VIP. Our food is always hot, fresh, and tasty here. They are always so nice here, too, always calling me by my first name, it makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you.
