I only had their vanilla chai latte, and it was quite delicious. It had the perfect mix of vanilla & chai flavor. They do have a very large menu that consists of gelato, sweet & savory pastries, drinks and food items. A perfect place for on the go or even dining in.

Went twice, once for ice cream and second time for a panini (spinach, nuts, pears, blue cheese). Both times the food was excellent and service was friendly and the place was heated sufficiently even with doors open when chilly outside. Minor annoyance: they added 50 cents as a fee to use a credit card.

Food was amazing, it's a great place to go if you want anything for breakfast. They have a huge menu. Also, when I dropped my fork they just gave me one for free. Service was spectacular. The seats were comfortable and it was a nice environment to be in. Highly recommend this place

I wanna give 0 review for this store , I went last night with my friends to try their ice cream and the lady at the front was slamming the fridge display door and kept rushing us to choose the flavors, whoever she is, she was very racist and disrespectful, uneducated and very unprofessional weird behavior, I will never come back again . And I hope management deals with her.

The lady that works here is very rude whenever she sees usFor some reason idk if she is racist or something elseBut she keeps pressuring us to pick flavorsShe slams the doors of the fridge when she serves ice cream. She is always giving us bad attitude, once twice and this is the third time that I am not coming back hereShe works night shiftIt’s 9 pm on 02/29. Deal with her or you will lose customersWe come here to enjoy gelato not to get negative energy from an employee (chocolate user c)We are not coming back to this place and we don’t recommend it when this lady (server) is present

Perfect dessert place when walking around SD all day. We stopped in after dinner to fix the sweet tooth cravings. Each of these were DELICIOUS! The Limoncello Cake was so fresh, light and creamy. Sweet but tart. The creme brulee was torched when ordered. So came out warm and creamy. The strawberries on top were so ripe and sweet. The crepe! It could have been filled with mud and it would have been good still. So warm, sweet and chewy. Filled with Nutella, you can't go wrong. Crave-able desserts! Service was great. She was fun and recommended her favorites. Very clean place. Lots of seating inside.

Chocolate SD looks like a good place to get chocolate yet what I found after walking in is Gelato and then a few pieces of chocolate, mostly bite size cheesecakes and tiny confections. I wanted chocolate but like I mentioned, what little they had was very small in portion and didn't look fresh. I settled for some gelato which was adequate but no where near as good as other locales I've visited that specialize in gelato.

I wanted to like this place as I thought the chocolate gelato was good, but I was really put off the last week as I asked the staff there for 4 extra small paper cups, to use to split up the gelato we bought for our family of 4 (we don't like to eat out of the same cup to reduce illness spreading). Our two kids are young and don't need a lot of extra sugar. When I asked for those cups, the staff member grimaced and clearly wasn't happy with that request. I spent $20 there and don't think asking for a few small paper cups extra is too much to ask. I'm surprised when I go to establishments like ice cream stores because I feel they would be a bit more family friendly and used to requests like this. It made for an unpleasant interaction. I'll add that we were the only ones there on a Tues morning so it's not like he was busy handling another customer.

Small but cute place On 5th/Market so you have to walk there - no parking on that street. Friendly staff. Delicious Gelato! I got the spicy chocolate. The toffee chocolate was also good

This place has, legit, the best chocolate ice-cream I've tried in my life. And I usually don't even like chocolate ice-cream. ??
