Once you go cinepolis it is hard to go anywhere else. You get what pay for. Relaxing comfortable movie viewing with food and drink service.

It's nice in concept but seems to be understaffed for the service they offer. The place is not cleaned very well between showings. Food is good, but two of the four of us had missing items and or condiments. I expect better for the ticket prices we paid.

We were turned on to this theater by friend of ours... OH MY FREAKING GOODNESS... The theaters are gorgeous! The ticket prices are actually only a couple dollars more than a standard theater! And surprisingly enough their food is actually good! And, they have vegetarian and vegan options! My husband was a little disappointed that he didn't realize that he had to ring the wait staff bell, in his recliner that folds out to a damn near bed, in order to get a refill. Because the ushers do not Lord over the theaters, they are simply there to help you if you need it! And did I mention that on Tuesdays they offer $6 tickets?! Go now!

We love this movie theater! We usually go to the one in Del Mar because it’s closer, but have been to Carlsbad as well. The food is amazing, the seats are great, and service is very good. The only thing I’d suggest, it’s that with special needs children sometimes they want their popcorn/ drinks/ treats/ food right away, and maybe we can order food on the counter. Last time our son had a hard time waiting for his popcorn but don’t worry we will be back :)

I am giving this five stars because Manager Ian saved the day - but he should not have had to!!! We went to see Ghostbusters the other night and there was a couple either near having sex or uncontrolably sobbing! Smoking weed and snuck in a whole case of Twisted Tea. We told the theater to ask them to leave - and they did NOTHING. In hindsight, they should have asked them out and called the police to question whether the girl was in trouble. But they did NOTHING. Ian fixed it and refunded our money - but I am still disgusted that they did nothing. I would have said something myself but I feared the young people would do something without having backup.Normally I LOVE this theater!! At Christmas they went in the back and got the Wonka cups for my grandkids for putting the gift cards in. I love to just have a glass of wine and relax. But this night the staff failed miserably and need more training. But Ian - gets the five stars for sure - give that guy a raise!

Seriously the best movie experience my family loved it. Luxury seating endless popcorn and soda refills delivered to your seats while you watch your movie I was totally impressed wished we had this experience in st george Utah it was totally awesome and well worth the money. I'd do it again. Wow thank you so much.
