Nice Cold Stone with location with a lot of ice cream flavors. We ordered the signature creations chocolate devotion and berry cozy red velvet. Both tasted really good and the service was quick and friendly. We sat on the dog friendly patio. Nice spot next to the beach!

Showed up a little before opening, thought they would open at 11 like the signs say hlbut nope. People where in there doing whatever they wanted but store wasn't open. No sign nothing posted regarding delays. Basically, the posted hours are a suggestion not what you should expect. I would suggest you avoid this place as no one seems to care. On our way back almost an hour later we walked by and it looked like it was still closed. Staff was absolutely there and maybe some non staff since they were at least able to signal that it was closed

They will cheap out on you. I ordered a love it size and it looked half full. Ordered 2 mix ins and they put in one Oreo. All for $9. They also “ran out of tasting spoons.” Surprised this place is still open.

The food was good however the bathroom was out of order. That's very inconvenient when you're traveling with 3 kids and mom is on crutches. There were no napkins out, we had to ask for some. There was one person working. She didn't greet us upon entering or leaving.

I can have never been to a Coldstone that wasn’t top tier and this one was no different. Hard to find parking in this area but being by a beach it’s no surprise. Amazing service!

Poor service and freezer burnt ice cream. After I paid and didn't tip, I asked to get lids for our to go order and both ice creamer servers slid tops to me across the counter. Portion was below average and I was asked if I wanted spoons and napkins. Worst location I've been to in 10 years.

I had very poor experience at this location. I am a huge fan of the brand but at this location i have never received since minimal amount for my order. I ordered a Like it and Love it and both weren't even filled to the top of the cup. The ice cream was below the level and i've never had this happen. It's ridiculous when i'm paying over 8$ for Coldstone and it's only two spoonfuls worth. I will not be back at this location

Amazing service from the sweetest person, lucky. He was fun to talk to and amazing at creating his favorite ice cream for me. Place was very clean noticed him making sure everything was perfect for me and my little brother. I will definitely be bringing my friends and family back. Love you lucky.

Lucky served us and he did such a great job at mixing and very nice and customer focused. We left very happy! Also so glad you guys still had the big cookie dough, a lot of coldstones are going to the bite size and it isn't as good! Thank you!

I went in for a birthday cake for a very special chocolate lover. I got a midnight cake for about $60 only to cut into it and it was rotten! After inspection the date on the top that was scratched out was 1/31. This was on 2/18!!! Ugh Baskin Robbins from now on!
