In addition to getting Morley mixed and gooey ice cream in the the past. They put the final nail in the coffin. I have been waiting for march to get lucky charm ice cream and apparently they have decided not to do the seasonal flavor. So I’m deciding to never go back, same given it’s basically across the street.

Came here after surgery for a treat. 04/13/2024. I've Ben coming to this location for 5+ years. They told me I can't put two different ice cream mixes in to one large bowl. I'll never come here again. You lost a customer for life. I hope the owner sees this. There wasn't a single other person inside the store.

Went there for the seasonal At the End of the Rainbow ice cream with lucky charms but they don’t offer it. Got the Pie Like You Berry Much instead and they mixed in an excessive amount of toppings. It ended up being a cup of extremely sweet, gooey milkshake that was overpriced.

It's a Saturday night and It's says the store closed at 10pm. However when I placed my order around 9pm and showed up to the store at like 9:10 the store was long closed and not a soul in site. Don't say your open until 10pm if You're going to close the doors a whole hour before 10pm. who knows the store could have been closed way longer than that. Won't be coming here again.

I’m a fan of cold stone but this specific shop has been a disappointment. We got a topping but he didn’t mix it. We asked about it so he mixed it quickly. As you can see from the picture, ice cream was already melting when we hot them (all three cups of them). The portion was smaller than what we used to get. We def got better quality from other shops before.

I love love going here, it's 2 in 1 place, my go place ❤️ Rocky mountain chocolate factory and cold stone creamery, I almost try evening in this store and you almost get everything you wish, since they have all thier display full, which I'm sure too much work on employees lolI strongly regret this place to anyone, who loves chocolate and ice cream.
