Craving for Korean Tofu soup and didn’t want to drive too far. Was looking for a good substitution.Overall, food quality is 3.5; serving 4; ambiance 4 (has a sports bar vibe).Bibimbop(stone rice pot): the pot is not hot enough to make a single burnt rice. Taste OK.Cheese tater tots was excellent when it was right out of the kitchen and hot.Seoul spicy sandwich: hugh portion but not spicy at all to the person’s standard.Service was good. We got seated promptly. Food orders were at good time interval.

We ordered couple of cocktails which were good. Kimchi fried rice was wonderful with a perfectly fried egg. Korean fried chicken was good, but the meat could have been more tender. Overall a good experience.

Food is sub par. Bulgogi Rice bowl had very little meat and it was gray. ... Rice was sweet. . ?My friend got her meal at least 10 mins before I got mine. Atmosphere isn't great and neither are the prices. I don't recommend.

Came here for dinner on a Saturday with my wife. There was no wait for us and we were seated quickly, being seated outside. It was close to full when we came. We were able to get our drink order in shortly after getting a look at their drink menu. We were given time to decide on food, deciding to order Corn Cheese, Triple Dipper and Kimchi Fried Rice. We also ordered sauces (Honey Butter and Mango Cilantro) to have on the side for the Triple Dipper. The food was delicious and had great flavors, to include the sauces. The sizes of the dishes were big enough to share between the two of us, and we still took home leftovers. The service and staff were friendly. Our servers were attentive. The place did get busier and louder, so it kind of got difficult to have a smooth conversation. There are bathrooms here. Parking for the business center was busy and took a while to find parking that night. We would come back again for sure to try more.

Cross Street is by far the best Korean restaurant and best chicken in all of San Diego. I go out of my way to eat here or at Convoy and I've brought multiple people to this location to try it for themselves. I'm always amazed, other people are always amazed. Delicious every single time.

Pretty disappointing. The popcorn chicken was dry and felt 'old' (even fast food like chik-fil-a is a lot better), the chicken tenders with seoul spicy sauce were alright, the ones with soy and garlic were dry. The only good dish we enjoyed were the fried dumplings. It was also surprising that they serve you just (almost) raw cabbage instead of coleslaw. I would any day go to Bonchon over this place.

Good Korean chicken with a dog friendly patio. They have a bar on their patio as well, which is nice if you prefer that type of setting with your dog.Happy hour went through 7pm on a Friday, which was very generous. The 4 piece tenders with side meal is a ton of food, with an app you could definitely split one between two people. We both agreed that the honey butter chicken was our favorite flavor that we tried.Service was pretty quick but we saw more of the other random servers than the one who was technically assigned to the table. The tables are a little close together, not that we minded, but it felt a step away from the type of place where you order at a counter. It didn't detract from our dinner or anything, but it definitely felt a little close to a fast casual place.Overall I could definitely see coming here again, esp if I was in the mood for fried chicken. There's other places in this mall I would lean towards if I felt like a full sit-down dinner, but it fits in with the Urban Plates and Mendocino Farms.

Food takes forever, food comes out at different times, 4 of us come in and half of two orders come out, 20 mins later another plate comes out, have to remind them for the second part of the first two plates that came out first. 5 mins later have to ask for my drinks, 30 mins later our last plate comes out, first two plates pretty much finish, kids have to sit there and wait for us to finish food since it took about 30 mins after their food came out. This is the second time we come, first time the same thing happened and they forgot to bring us the kids second have half of the order. Definitely not coming back!

We had the 10pc chicken with garlic soy and honey butter glaze. Both were pretty good, but I thought the garlic soy could do with more garlic. Neither were too sweet! My friends loved the spicy corn cheese. It was VERY cheesy and the jalapeños added a nice kick. The best part of the food was the battering on the fries and chicken. It was crispy but not too oily and flavored well. The ambiance of this place is really great for a casual night out with friends. They have basketball and hockey games playing in the background. Lighting is a little dim for my preferences, but overall the interior is nice. The service of this place wasn't spectacular. We waited 20 minutes for our check, and another 20 minutes for them to take our card. We went on a Wednesday night and it wasn't very busy, so I felt that our table just had been forgotten. Otherwise, the staff was friendly.

Service and sauces are great! Favorite Korean fried chicken- very crispy. Try the spicy sandwich-- that's our family favorite.it's got a good atmosphere for beer and sports watching on television.
