One of the worst experiences in terms of customer service. I used to shop here often because despite the horrible customer service the food is good. On Friday I went to buy a pot of coffee and added a bionic. When they delivered my order to me when I got in the car, I drank the coffee and it was lukewarm... more cold than hot. I went back and asked the girl if she could warm up my coffee since it was cold. The girl agreed with a good attitude and took the coffee to the back and started doing her job (filling and covering some buckets of strawberries and moving them from refrigerators). I waited about 5 minutes and she continued covering buckets and moving them. . Finally I asked her to please give me back my money for the coffee to which she responded: well I'm making sure your coffee is hot and I asked her to give me my money and she said yes of course yes. He took out a $5 bill and took it from a corner in a contemptuous way and I just took it and said thank you. When I turned around I told her: What a mediocre service you have and she very sarcastically told me thank you, have a nice day to which I responded thank you, anyway and as I got in and started my car she kept waving goodbye to me, like mocking I will NEVER buy or consume anything from there again. Whoever serves you there (based on my experience) has mediocre service.

Good morning, hello everyone, I usually like things as natural as possible, but unfortunately I don't understand if you order a green or orange or grapefruit or beet juice. I imagine that the juice is a pure game of what you are doing. asking well the issue is that I am giving up sugars of any kind for my health and I drink everything natural that is why I made the decision to drink natural vegetable juices not diluted with water or honey here you order a green juice and they add honey because they add Honey, if a diabetic is hurt by sugar, I don't understand why they do that. They are natural juices. Green juices. I bought salads and there are the bad vegetables. I gave them enough opportunities to see if something changes and nothing, and that's what I told them about. What is wrong with the Acai or very sweet bowl? I am diabetic, I avoid sugar 100 percent and you put sugar in me saying that everything is natural when you put granola with honey, what happens to you, but hey, from what I see, they have more every time. bad comments and I see that they don't even see them because they don't solve what we as customers don't like, but well, for now I will have to look for another fruit store that does meet the standards of everything being organic and they revive what they serve for that reason. that they don't take our health into account as much as acai and salads and juices with honey ??♂️✌?bye, I'm not coming back

Una de las peores experiencias en cuanto al servicio al cliente. Solía comprar seguido aquí porque a pesar de el horrible servicio al cliente la comida es buena. El viernes fui a comprar un café de la olla y agregué un biónico. Cuando me entregaron mi pedido al subirme al carro le tome al café y está tibio.. más frío que caliente. Me regresé y le pedí a la muchacha que si me podría calentar el café ya que estaba frio. La muchacha accedió con buena actitud y se llevó el café a la parte de atrás y se puso a hacer su trabajo (rellenar y tapar unas cubetas de fresas y las movía de refrigeradores) esperé alrededor de 5 min y pues ella seguía tapando cubetas y moviéndolas. Finalmente le pedí que porfavor me regresara mi dinero de el café a lo cual ella respondió: pues me estoy asegurando que tu café esté bien caliente y le pedí que mejor me diera mi dinero me dijo si claro que si. Saco un billete de $5 y lo tomaba de una esquina de una forma despreciativa y pues yo solo lo tome y le dije gracias. Al darme la vuelta le dije: Que servicio tan mediocre tienes y pues ella muy sarcástica me dijo gracias que tengas bonito día a lo cual yo respondí gracias, igualmente y en lo que me subía y encendía mi carro me seguía haciendo señales de adiós, como burlándose. JAMÁS volveré a comprar ni a consumir nada de ahí. Quien sea que te atienda ahí ( basado en mi experiencia) tienen un servicio mediocre.

Food was delivered by door dash and arrived so fast. Corn in a cup was so fresh and delicious! The Açaí bowl was also wonderful! The ratio of the ingredients in the açaí bowl was perfect!

I ordered some nachos and the chips were stail , claimed they just opened the bag and tasted good to them when I called on the phone. Once I called the lady said she would make the nacho cheese with tostitos bag. My husband went inside and they handed him just a bag of chips and he asked hey wheres the cheese and they said oh no sorry we were only promised you a bag of Tostitos. We left all upset, my husband cant get all upset because he just had a cardiac arrest a few weeks ago so we let it be. We will never go there again!!!!

I tried to give this place a second chance but they disappointed once again, the açaí is not made fresh. They store it in the freezer and just pour the toppings on top. That is not a fresh made açaí. Waste of 11.25$

Fresh squeezed OJ. Couldn't get a better morning drink than this. I try to come here often for tortas or mix fruit bowls because the ladies here put in effort and the food is amazing. Check it out if you haven't been here yet! My favorite is Torta Cubana.

All the good stuff in there that you would expect, with a nice first impression of very soft and salty enough cueritos (pickled pork rinds).What blew me away, however, was that marvelous Clamato with added almeja(clam)! When I say that my eyes lit up like I had just won a Scratcher ticket small prize, I really mean it. The type of thing that makes you moan and yell out a bad word or three. A beautiful medley of all the right flavors that just make you want to share a sip with everyone around you. Literally, "BABE! TASTE THIS NOW!"I will continue to do business with D-K-Che Frutería for as long as I live. Yup. Anytime and Everytime I passy by, I shall stop by. I found this place by choice. I'm always looking for something light and refreshing, and with their acai bowls, I get just that. I love how friendly they are, and their customer service is hard to come by nowadays. I know when I order either by phone, doordash, or just being a walk-in, I'm always greeted with a smile!
