So excited to see a Dairy Queen so I could get an Orange Julius. Of course the Orange Julius machine is broken. No problem, let me have 2 Chili dogs and a hotdog. Chili was ice cold. Definitely within the temperature danger zone. Be cautious at this location.

It’s Dairy Queen. Service was good, small space inside so it’s better to take it to go. Can’t go too often or you will gain weight. Tip: if you’re looking for smallest get the Mini instead of Small.

PROS:Today I ordered 2 Caramel Malts.They were both very tasty with whipped cream on top, you could definitely taste the caramel.The female employee that took my order was very friendly & courteous.CONS:This location does not participate in the Dairy Queen REWARDS app.

Tried Orange Julius which reinforced why I prefer Jamba Juice. Still an 'OK' spot for that quick fix of something refreshing but the selection and quality isn't quite there for me. But, to each their own on this one folks...

Yummy ice cream at the mission valley mall! We had the strawberry sundae and chocolate milkshake and both tasted delicious! Recommend if you’re looking for a break while shopping.
We often have problems at this location. It's usually getting our order wrong, which isn't a big deal, we just tell them and they correct it.But recently, we had a coupon sent to us for $5 off $10 order or more. It stated we had "two days" to redeem it, which we did, as there was a movie screening nearby so we went. Yet when you pressed "redeem" on the screen, it went to another page showing various food items, but the cashier or manager, didn't know how to redeem it, so they didn't. Seemed like a rather bizarre solution to THEIR problem. Why not just comp us one of the ice creams we bought, and worry about that with your corporate office. So, we didn't get to use the coupon, and spent full price. The manager said "they show a picture of a hamburger here, and we don't sell hamburgers." Uh, who cares? We didn't order a dang hamburger!!!So...what's the point of them sending out coupons or rewards, that you can't use? And, I just spent 15 minutes writing this on their website, which is a pain in the butt, because it kept saying I didn't have the variety of things filled out properly and all that. Just ridiculous.

I came here to try the new churro dipped cone. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed because it tasted a bit like plastic. It was made up for because they had cupcakes with their famous cake fillings that I love!! This location is a bit on the smaller side as it's located in the mall. The service was very slow.
