3/28/24. DQ, Santo Road, San Diego. The male counter staff was grouchy, negative and unwelcoming. The female staff was pleasant and helpful. DQ ice cream is the best, all the time. The store was clean. The only knock was the bad attitude of the male server in this location. Probably he does not like Asian customers.

I'm always happy to see this DQ store busy when I stop in at least once a week. Customer service from every employee is great. Everyone working here is helpful and friendly! I had never been to Dairy Queen until moving to Tierrasanta a few years ago. Even though I have since moved out of the area, I will always make the drive to this location.

Went there to celebrate getting my drivers license…not at 16….but at 75! ?. It was worth every calorie. Young enthusiastic friendly staff. Was on such a sugar high, I forgot my cane. Went back when they opened the next morning and they said…’we have some thing for you!’ ❤️???Parking: Disabled spot right out front!

The ice cream is so yummy! The line was long, but because of their quick staff, they assessed everyone's orders! They have so many options! I recommend the cone, as it is yummy! Even though there were only 3 flavors ( chocolate and Vanilla), they were so flavorful! Will go again soon!

Not ur typical DQ this one don't offer much for food selection just have hot dogs and ice cream so that's why only a 2
If I could give less than one star I would. We’ve literally been standing in front of the register for 10 mins with 3 girls doing stuff behind the counter but not of of them said “hi” or “we’ll be right with you” they just ignored us. This is the worst customer service!!

We just picked up the most amazing cakes for our back-to-school party! The cake decorator is amazing at the Tierrasanta location! She's made a few birthday cakes for us too. We love this place! The cakes are always a hit with everyone and it nice to be able to pick them up and freeze them ahead of time!

They put ice cubes in their root beer freezes to save on product. Not good at all! Better at Rancho SD or Lakeside for pure root beer freezes.
