I went in 30 minutes before closing to get an orange Julius. I was told they have to turn the machine off 30 minutes before closing because the machine gets so frozen. Well only was it off but already cleaned too. It was the only reason I went in there. From what I read on Google reviews and yelp I really doubt the owners will even care. It's a shame. I just hope it gets so bad that they have to change management again and someone better will take over.

This is the worst Dairy Queen of all time. I’ve been here half a dozen times, and every single time I have come they’ve been out of chocolate soft serve, were they been unexpectedly closed for construction etc. etc. What gives?

This Dairy Queen needs help. It is ALWAYS out of a variety of topping. It is so disappointing to walk in and find out they are out of the topping you’ve been craving. And it happens every time we come in. Tonight, they were even out of chocolate ice cream. How is an ice cream store out of their main ingredients? Also, I’ve never seen an employee over the age of 18 working at this store. These poor kids have to deal with upset customers all by themselves. It is unfair to them and the customers. Please order the supplies this store needs and give your young employees the support they need.

This is Ice cream place, how can you be out of ice cream (chocolate recently) ? It happens all the time and the twist is out of order for weeks. Bad management, time to make sure you have ice cream available at all times, that is your business right???? Service is wonderful, all the kids working there are very very, very nice.

How can any restaurant be this badly run? It used to be good, but now they're constantly out of napkins, and the blizzards are so badly made that its basically just soft serve with a tiny bit of stuff on top. I'm never coming here again.

Just terrible…recent new owners with store run by kids and no adult in site to control or help. You have two flavors, how do you run out of one of them??? Just waited 35 minutes because there is absolutely no controls in place. Never going back which is sad because prior owner was awesome and I would like to support neighborhood businesses…Sorry…

Ordered a Blizzard that’s branded image clearly uses chocolate ice cream. Received a Blizzard with vanilla ice cream. Funny how that works.

If you are looking for an expensive low calorie blizzard, this is the place to go! Service is quick, but only due to the fact that they use very small amounts of candy in their blizzards. The store is worn and need of a massive deep cleaning. Given the profit margins reaped on their poor quality buzzards, the fact that their store is in need of repair is unacceptable. It also important to note that the broken table mentioned in the prior review is still broken!

Blizzards here are basically overpriced soft serve, they will give you almost no topping. Rude kids working here

Hot dogs and chili dogs only food sold. They were out. Ordered a banana split and they didn't have bananas. Ordered a shake and they were out of milk. Why is this place even opened?) They are having problems refunding my money. Employee with knowledge finally showed up 15 minutes later and I explained what happened and she told inept fellow workers that they did have hot dogs and were in freezer and sure enough they had some.

Went in today and was disappointed that their soft serve machine was not working so we ordered a Dilly Bar and a Buster Bar. Meanwhile, there were no napkins in the whole place - just empty dispensers - and there was a table lying on its side with a broken foot. Once we got the treats and opened them I found that the Buster had obviously not been kept frozen because the chocolate coating was all cracked and there was a divot where the ice cream inside had melted before being refrozen. The staff was quick to grab a replacement from a new box in the retail case but when I stepped outside and opened it, that bar also had melted and then been refrozen. Same issue plus the fudge had melted and flowed out of the bar before freezing again. Into the trash it went.Kudos for the positive attitude of the staff but they were set up to fail today. Whoever owns this franchise had better get things figured out if they intend to stay in business.

I like this shop so much more now that they have a new owner : I recommend the strawberry cheesecake milkshake its to die for i do not like that they now charge 2.99 for a pup pup doggie treat thats ridiculous they have always been free.

Excellence experience today! The staff were both friendly and efficient. Great blizzards and cones. Love my local Dairy Queen!
