Darband is wonderful!!! 3 months old! Exquisite salmon kebabs at fair prices. So much fresh yummy food — freshly cooked salmon, rice, tomato and pita with pepper and lemon and a salad!!! So happy you’re here in the ‘hood. Delicious Persian food! ;-) You must stop in before the line is around the block.

Best Persian food in San Diego. Kabab koobedeih and jooje kabab are must. Also try the sabzi with rice. Ask for extra butter and zereshk on the side.
Kabob was overcooked and dry. No worth it. Definitely not going back. Probably give it to my dog.

The food was really good. The service was good. The place is really really big which makes it seem awkwardly empty. It does not feel cozy or comfy at all, kind of like a cafeteria feeling. they have Persian tea available for free which is a really nice touch. It taste exactly like the one that I had when I was in Iran.
Its open till late hours, loved the food quality especially the kengeh kabob.
