Dont go to this restaurant. They posted my 11-year-old brother who is a tall black boy and was wearing a hoody to expose him for stealing. Again, he is a little boy and they used social media to bully him instead of talking to his parents or reporting him. They also didn't pay my friend for over a year and when he tried to finally get the money he was owed they tried to gaslight him and say he never worked there. Avoid this place!!!

They have put water in my drink because they have not filled the cups a lot so she just put water. Now it tastes dull. I am hoping that next time they would make more if they do not have enough.

Me and my sister go here all the time the workers here are really nice and they sell keychains for 5 dollars they are Sanrio characters and one of the drinks i think is really good is the lychee milk tea. 5

My recent visit to Ding Tea was a complete disappointment, mainly due to their abysmal customer service. I couldn't believe how poorly I was treated during my time there. First off, when I entered the establishment, the staff barely acknowledged my presence. There was no warm greeting or any sign of a friendly attitude. It was as if I was invisible. The cashier was rude and seemed annoyed by my questions about the menu. It's not like I was asking for anything out of the ordinary; I just wanted to understand my options. Instead of providing helpful information, they gave me curt, dismissive responses.

Great new Boba place! Daily Happy Hour buy 2 get 1 free. The Boba was the perfect texture, chewy but now hard and no sogginess. Good tea flavor and good sugar and ice adjustments. Would recommend if you're in the area. Not that many good Boba places around here.

Ordered twice from this place both time orders are messed up. First time ordered peach oolong milk tea got peach oolong tea. Second time ordered one 25% sugar that tasted like 100% and ordered a 50% sugar that tasted like freaking 200% (Disgustingly over sugared). Also gave me a bag that had syrup all over it...
We love the drinks from here. As a bonus, Ding Tea RB gives back to the community by hosting fund raisers for HS school clubs.
