I have been ordering from this dominos exclusively for the last two years and have had only one hiccup, and they went above and beyond to make it right!I don’t live in the best area and I appreciate that they still bring my food to my door (even when my delivery directions say to call so I can meet them!)I won’t go to another store!Thank you to the team for ALWAYS serving up the best pizzas, and having the BEST customer service!!

If they mess up your order expect to be treated like garbage, they will make sure it will become your problem and even so you ordered for delivery you will have to go get it yourself.

Walked in at 0117 in the morning to order a pizza and the guy just screams "we're closed. We're closed." And I pull my phone out to look at the time that said they closed at 0200. He then screams we're open for delivery only.Just very rude. He could have handled the situation with a little more professionalism.

Tried their 19.99 special, and added an extra topping on both pizzas and they billed me 37.99. The guy said on the phone it would be $5 dollars extra. Mushrooms Are not that expensive.Misreprentation, it's bad for business. I'm going to stick with Papa Johns!

What's going on with the cheese? Lately I've been getting saucy bread with a few strands of cheese on it from every store. Why are we skimping on the cheese? It's the best part of what makes a pizza, a pizza! It's a shame too because you have an excellent crust, great seasoning, & an overall good quality pizza, but the severe rationing of the cheese is killing it. I had to order extra cheese today, and they threw a couple more strands on it. I can still see a lot of the sauce. I hope this changes soon ? I'm bummed out

When I tried calling the store, I got that horrible automated message for TEN MINUTES.Whoever’s running this place has no idea what they’re doing; if you have so many orders that theyre taking over two hours to get out, STOP TAKING ORDER. GENIUS.

I always delivered from that store Two days ago I made order wrong by accident select adding buffalo hot sauce on the top of the pizza I called the store they give me hard time keeping saying not our fault if we did the mistake we change it by the end the accept to give me new one but only for pick up. I called 5 minutes ago the guy he answered he was so rude hung up on me two times refused to give me my order when ask about his name he said Alexander and asked about his position he said I'm the manager and he hanged up the phone when I was talking. All that for only medium size of pizza ?
