Our order was still in the prep stage after 20 minutes so we called to make sure they actually received our order. The manager was working alone and was EXTREMELY well mannered and polite. He explained that he was waiting on the driver to ensure we got our pizzas hot and fresh.. this man went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure our order was made to protection. WELL DONE!! You deserve a raise sir.

I called multiple times and they hung up on me twice. I ordered two medium pizzas with three toppings for 10:99 each so I asked him, all I want is pepperoni I got two regular pepperoni pizzas. They didn’t even add the extra pepperoni. I am not going to lie, the pizza was still good. The customer service needs improvement, I will have to buy Dominos pizza at a different location most likely in Imperial beach.

I know pizza is greasy but the pizza I received was just too greasy. I'm usually happy with this location and to be fair this was the first time I got a pizza like this. The rest of my order was good though. Can't say anything about customer service because the employee didn't day anything to me other than the amount I had to pay. To be fair my phone rang while I was in there so that was my fault for answering. Lobby was clean and he had nice music on.

Worst service ever! I had a pizza deliver by Nyomi (spelling) it took her 30 min to drive 2 miles and when I got my pizzas the two boxes were smashed the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I asked her what happened and her reply was if there's an issue you can call the store. So I called the store and was told by the manager on duty that she would refund the cost of my pizzas. Well here we are days later and still no refund of my order! I would not recommend getting delivery from here!

Putting a one star for today’s visit is being nice. I placed an online order for pick up. Accidently went to the wrong store, gladly turned around and went to the correct dominoes, waited in my car for 10 minutes, then went inside to retrieve my order. On the text, there was a two minute guarantee. The gentleman who would not give me his name, said he was not going to refund my money with my order and guarantee his two minute timer. I had asked for the managers card and he said you’re looking at him, that’s me. He said I can give you a refund but you’re not going home with the pizzas. He also said he couldn’t have left the store; he was the only one here. Then I see someone in the back peeking around the corner. I said he could’ve brought my pies out. And he claimed he was on break. Very disappointed with dominoes. I’ve been ordering from them for years. I Will not go to another dominoes again. I was treated very poorly. When I was asking questions they both ignored me. Since they wouldn’t give me their name, I took both their pictures. Intern, one of them said, can I take your picture too? I said sure. The location is 3388 Palm Ave Chula Vista CA and time I was there was 1:22 and 1:42 pm on July 29, 2023. Again, giving them a one star is being very, very nice! Hopefully this will go higher up and dealt with properly.

It is better to order in advance. We went in person to order pizza, bad choice though. The cashier was rude to us. Poor customer service , but the pizza was good.

The order took about twenty minutes for two large pizzas, fresh out the oven! I ordered close to closing but they served me regardless. The bathroom was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall a good deal with great service
