Slowest, most unintelligent "manager" ever.... online system was down, app was down, couldn't or wouldn't honor my coupons!!! Terrible customer service! No way to try and help me...the order gets sent to the wrong location.....then they charge me $97+ twice but of course uts gonna take 2 days for me to get that back! So pissed!

This location is one of the best locations I accidentally went to. Using the app as I was driving home, it sent my order to this location instead of my usual location in RB. When I went to the RB location and realized the mistake, I called and the GM was extremely helpful and offered to call the GM of the RB location to see if they would make my order there. RB wouldn't do it, so this locations GM called back and apologized for the inconvenience, but offered to make a new pizza so it was fresh when I arrived. Amazing customer service and because of this experience, I will likely order from this location in the future.

Big buff dude who works at this location is super nice didn't have coke so gave me an extra sprite as compensation. Ordered from this location about 20 times, pizza looks different every time but it is amazing every time. The act of service is what led me to writing the review lol. Thank u guys!!

In general, this store has always provided good service. I am leaving a negative review because I was sent by Dominos a "free pizza" coupon. But when I went to redeem it, it has to be for delivery, and then this store has a $20 minimum fee for delivery, so to get my "free" pizza, I would have to order $20 of pizza... so it doesn't feel very free! It's pretty deceptive practices and it's not entirely this store's fault, although they have the minimum set.

I ordered a large 5 topping pizza for carry out, and it was delicious! The pizza was made with Alfredo sauce, sausage, bacon, mushrooms and provolone cheese. It was their regular crust, which was cooked to perfection. The customer service was great. They were friendly and prompt as I picked up my pizza. The store had a nice atmosphere and smelled really good, which made me even more excited to take a bite of my yummy dinner! I'm bummed that they don't have better reviews, because this place really did make a delicious pizza for me and my husband and I know how much reviews can deter some people. I highly recommend you give this place a shot, just don't get their sauces because I'm personally not a fan of those!

You can't beat the deals and the speed. I usually just go for a medium hand tossed pepperoni & black olive. This time I opted for the Philly. Damn that was a good choice. David delivered my pizza quick and I was chowing down before you know it!
We love this location for a lot of reasons. Jessie is the best at making pizzas with the right amount of toppings and cuts it perfectly every time. He also comes out to greet us as well. Everyone here is very kind and friendly but Jessie is definitely the most consistent and remembers who everyone is. Thank you!

Recently had a poor experience at Domino's on Carmel Valley Rd. Ordered a $116 pizza online, only to be told to pick it up because the driver was on lunch. When I arrived and asked for delivery fees and tip to be deducted, the manager, Jocelyn, got irritated and raised my total to $156, claiming my discount only applied to deliveries. Frustrated by her lack of professionalism and the sudden price hike due to their staffing issue, I left without my order. Very disappointing - Domino's needs to improve their customer service and policy clarity.

Absolutely the worst Dominos I have been to. I never post negative reviews but I felt the need this time for receiving very poor customer service repeatedly .Numerous times I go in to pick up my order the lady behind the counter is so rude, never acknowledges the costumer. After standing there about 15 minutes I ask if she can help me retrieve the order I am there to pick up, she yells at me saying I am the only one working here wait your turn. Then she throws the pizza box on the counter , implying that I am there to bother her ....and that she is busy....Very unprofessional , will not be returning.
