I need to update my review of Pollo Loco. Previously, I was very dissatisfied with the dark meat chicken that they used in all of their pollo bowls, so I left a negative review.I was informed that I could order the bowls with all white meat chicken for an additional dollar. My family ordered our bowls this way, and we loved them!I apologize for my previous review - we love Pollo Loco again!

Tried new Fit chicken bowl that replaces bean and rice with salad. Very good and probably healthier but I'll probably go with beans next time. Food was ready quickly and was a good sized portion.

I don’t like to give bad reviews but I have to be honest and I am sad doing this. I love El Pollo Loco but this incident made me not to come back on this location. Rude and bad customer service. The orders I made online are incomplete. 1/28/24 Didn’t even apologize for order not ready yet.

Had to take my food to my car and finish it in there!! Some lady brought in her mutt and the dirty thing started shaking and releasing hair everywhere, my plate all of a sudden caught hair!! Animals are meant to be away from food industry areas. Eat outside, mind other peoples food!!Soo annoyingGeneration!!
Love the food and the people are great. Consistently well cooked chicken and the value is great. Service folks are very nice but they are super stingy with the salsas. Bring back the salsa bar!
