It pains me to write this review because I have normally received such amazing service but twice (2/27/24 and 2/29/24) in a span of 3 days I placed a mobile and when I showed up the location was closed. Why would you keep the ordering system running if you are planning to close? Now I stick with trying to get a refund which impossible to do because when you call the phone number listed it hangs up on you. If the manager of Everbowl sees this review please reply to this with a phone number that works so we can address this issue.

It’s not just about the fantastic acai bowls here; it’s the warmth and genuine care from people like Karsen that make Everbowl stand out. They turn a simple visit into a truly delightful experience. I really wanted to love this place. It just seems like a bunch of kids work here with no adult supervision. The bowls and smoothies are always over blended and always come out runny even when you asked them to make it super thick.

I've been trying to contact Everbowl for the past 3 days to get a refund for an order that I did not receive and there isn't a working number for any location that works or corporate.

On the website it says they’re open at 8am, google says they’re open at 9am. I placed an order online and when I realized that they opened at 9, I decided to shop at vons. I came out of vons around 8:55am and not even a light was on inside. I waited until 9:20 and realized that no one was coming in. I’m monitoring my bank statement so that I can dispute the charge if the payment goes through. Someone needs to get it together over there. So unprofessional and it’s clearly an issue since there are now multiple reviews that no one is there when the store opens.

i think i got the tropical paradise but I left out the granola & banana so i could really taste these bases: yummy blue magic base and the pitaya and the Coco love...NOMMMNOMM!! and COLIN!!! OMG, the sweetest, fastest and friendliest employee ever!!

It's just ok now. They used to make it really well, but the quality definitely declined since they stopped blending it fresh. The high price doesn't really help either, but if they go back to that quality they had before, I would absolutely go back.

OMG this has been one of the best, freshest Acai bowls I've tasted!!! The Acai best is still my fave, but I loved a little vanilla mixed in. The fruits are fresh and love the choices of seeds and bee pollen. Abby and Justin helped me and they were awesome. Abby explained the benefits of each ingredient (was unsure about the overnight oats, but they tasted great)Can't wait for my next visit!!!
