Still no response from corporate or this location. I ended up having to drive back the following day and request a refund in person. The employee told me that they were aware of the issue, so I asked why they hadn't refunded me already or reached out directly. They didn't have an answer. To me, this is worse than if they were unaware of the issue altogether because they knew about the problem and chose to keep my money instead. They allegedly processed a refund while I was in store, but my account still shows that the funds were taken out and I have no indication that they are going to be put back in. The employee told me that there was a staffing issue and that's why they weren't open the day I placed the order. They also said the location's phone line is not connected, which is why I couldn't get ahold of anybody. This is a mess. Still waiting on my refund.

I got the tropical bowl. It's pretty much what you expect in a smoothie bowl type of place. You pick a bowl and wait about 5-10 minutes for them to prep your bowl. The only complain I had was that the texture of the base was a bit on the gummier side. Not sure why that was but I would come back if I were in the area.

Didn't catch his name but the tall blonde guy who made my acai bowl was hands down one of the best customer service experience I've had. Went to Everbowl my first time in 3 years and so their menu and options have definitely changed. I asked him what was popular and what was his favorite and he recommended the coco love which tasted absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and what ingredients were in each of the bases. I was asking a lot of questions of the menu and you could tell he knew his stuff! He was quick to answer and spoke with confidence. He was also very quick, efficient, and friendly!

Located in a pretty big shopping plaza but the actual space is pretty small. Some small tables inside otherwise plan on grabbing to go. I got the 12oz everbowl which comes with an acai and granola base, topped with strawberries, blueberries and banana. I loved how fresh and high quality everything tasted. The only thing I didn't love as much is that the acai base tastes much sweeter than I feel like other places have it. I like a little tartness but this one tastes more sugary.Service was very friendly and quick.

Feeling guilty WITHOUT the guilt. The everbowls are just a perfect mid-day pick me up and satisfy my cravings. I finished the entire bowl and felt bad about myself said NO ONE EVER. The bowls here are so tasty and have me hooked. The only reason I opted for 4 out of 5 stars is due to the price. I understand the costs of tropical fruits can be on the pricier end but c'mon, I do feel the prices are a tad bit ridiculous, just being honest. We usually spend around $30 for just (2) bowls LOL. Yikes..yowza I am a sucker for the white count cream layer they put, I just can't figure out how to make it and it keeps drawing me back here. They have such variety, no matter what you are craving. You get your antioxidant fix and its a win win, your cells inside your body will be throwing a little party inside he he. I love that it is never too busy. Lots of parking and friendly service. I hope one day they start incorporating smoothies like a Jamba Juice, or maybe other foods/pastries/snacks like a Starbucks...there's a thought? A girl can dream.

The bowls are so tasty! I've gotten the traditional and tropical and have been hooked ever since! The service is super fast which I love because I usually go right before my class starts and on a time crunch. I've never spent more than 5 minutes in there lol!

We stopped in on our lunch break for a smoothie and was helped by a young man named Derek. He was the most helpful and kind person and took time to chat with us while he made our order. He was really helpful and it made the experience all around great. We left in a great mood because his energy was very uplifting. Great customer service and tasty smoothies!

Never again. I walked in 10 minutes to close and was told they are told to put everything away 10 minutes before closing so I couldn't get a bowl!! What's the point of having "hours of operation" if you're not going to be operating all those hours.You're basically paying your staff to do nothing for 10 minutes and not serve customers just so they can leave "on-time"?
