Heads up to anyone with allergies they will not accommodate your restrictions… even something as simple as no slaw… please post this somewhere online or in the storefront so future patrons can avoid waiting in line just to be disappointed. I’m sure the staff would appreciate it too - the waitress made a face as soon as I brought up allergies and cut me off before I could even tell her what it was!

Must visit if you are in the area. These tacos are DELICIOUS! Don’t expect a quick Taquería, these tacos are made to order with care. The corn tortillas are soft and clearly handmade, the fish has the perfect ratio of meat to crisp, and the slaw toppings are extremely thoughtful and unique.Big time recommend!Vegetarian options: Have a mushroom taco that is delicious!

Very disappointing. We’ve been here an hour and ordered first and everything came out like 30 mins apart. I had to cancel my order because everyone in my party was finished eating and I was just sitting around waiting. I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 15 years and never had an experience like this. Never coming back this place is a joke.

Had a great lunch there yesterday. The fish tacos are full of flavor and detail. Every taco is picture perfect and made high quality. The staff is friendly. Great ambiance and this is definitely the best fish taco place in San

Small, intimate space with a select menu of random offerings: tacos, fish and chips, al pastor. I found them to be tasty, although slightly expensive. The fresh corn tortilla made the difference. Go and try it for yourself!

Everything about the fish tacos was perfect. Currently, I will say these are the best in San Diego. We drove 30 minutes to try them and ended up traveling 1 hour after traffic - no one was happy about the travel. In the end, everyone thought it was well worth it. The fish is delicious, the breading is perfectly crispy, and not being a cabbage lover - it was actually crunchy and so flavorful that the taco wouldn't have been the same without it. The tortillas are handmade and fresh, not doughy, just right. Will definitely bring family and friends here.

Located on Logan Avenue in the Barrio Logan neighborhood of San Diego, this small restaurant offers delicious, authentic tacos. We enjoyed the swordfish tacos and coconut battered shrimp tacos. We also enjoyed the Coco Pudding with fresh berries We were disappointed that they did not offer to go options because we wanted to take our food to watch the sunset. They were out of a couple options we wanted to try. We arrived at 6:30ish p.m. and found a parking spot in front of the restaurant.

Had a very bad experience here.We ordered the smoked fish dip and fish tacos + shrimp tacos. And the pineapple flavored and mango flavored drinks. We were first told the syrups were not available so they could not service our orders. We thought that is okay, and then waited a really long time for ourappetizer and taco orders. Our order arrived with the tacos and no mention of the fact that even the dip was not available. We had to followup to be told that they ran out of it.Of the 5 items we ordered, if 3 were unavailable would have been nice to be told up front so we could go elsewhere.Oh btw, i don’t understand what the hype is. The food was nothing special.Won’t be coming back again.

The best fish taco in San Diego that I have found! Great and fast service, and you can tell the staff really love the food as well. Our favorites were the el coco and de espada. The smoked fish dip was also delicious!

Bummed! Tried multiple days in a row to eat here but they were closed / sold out. Many hours before stated closing times too. Please consider posting “sold out” or something on your social media so people know before making a drive.

It's a really small place so you need to try to go early. The service was good and the food was good but it does take a long time to get your food. On the other hand... it takes a while because everything is hand made at the time of your order. Now the tortillas were handmade and tasty. The coleslaw on the different tacos was actually really well flavored. The Baja taco was good but didn't really stand out too much other than the toppings. The coconut shrimp was literally one shrimp that was heavily breaded and it didn't go to well with the toppings. I felt like the flavors clashed a little on that one. The espalda was probably my favorite. It had a good flavor with a little kick in the slaw. The only downside is tacos are smaller than palm size. The bill was about $46 for really small tacos and a drink. Don't get me wrong I get it's a bit pricey because it's fresh and made to order but I think they could have been normal size with more flavor other than the slaw.
