This place was suppper cute! Loved the ambiance. I'm not a big fan of espresso martinis so I didn't love this tiramisu martini, the cream topping was good but the drink was too strong for me I ordered the crème brûlée French toast and I couldn't figure out what was "crème brûlée" about it but the lump of cream on top was delicious. The service was okay. Honestly, not sure if I would come again..

Come for the…neon lights? Calamari tasted and looked like it was fried in old oil, pizzas were more eatable, the shrimp risotto had lime?, and the cacio e pepe was el terrible. The title cocktail was also more like a medicine. Friendly but inattentive severs. Cute atmosphere.

Aesthetically, this is the cutest bar I've ever been in! Great location by the beach too. Drinks were really nice, even their watermelon mocktail, and we loved the steamed mussels with red sauce! However, the calamari was really overcooked (dry, crunchy) - can not recommend it. Music was keeping an afternoon party vibe going.

I ordered the meatballs and they were raw and half way cooked and they tasted like garbage but the pizza is a masterpieceKid-friendliness: Don’t let them run.

Overall highly disappointed.. was sold on the idea that the food had large portions as the reviews stated as well as good flavor. Unfortunately it lacked in both size and flavor for the price. The waitress lacked attention to detail and refused to wait one minute for any additional questions or concerns we tried to bring up. Never had a server turn her back on us so much in my life. Not like it was crazy busy or anything while she was chit chatting with her co workers at the bar. Needless to say with such bad service she had the audacity to charge 20% gratuity to us even though the website clearly states only when parties are 8 or more. After I reviewed the receipt I decided to go back to figure out why she charged 20% gratuity and asked to speak to a manager. I was met with her manager was not reachable until it was time to void the check to correct and fix. I have no problem paying 20% for good service, take a minute and pay attention to your customers needs. She kept saying the website has been changed, if that was the case why was she unfamiliar enough to charge for 8 people? Was not impressed with the food and service, drinks were sub par and over priced. We will not be returning unfortunately. Patrons beware.

5/5 vibes, service, and drinks Came here for my birthday after brunch to keep the vibes going and we had a blast. The decor is really pink and colorful inside and when you walk in it feels like you're at an event or day party. For drinks you have to try the tiramisu espresso martini. It was so yummy and the tiramisu really elevated the drink. My friends all got drinks and they looked tasty. We even ordered the tiramisu cake to share with the group, which was sweet and moist. Also love how they brand a flamingo on their drinks and cake. They really do know how to market themselves.

Loudest place in PB. For this reason -- not a good date spot. Trust. Something is seriously off with who controls the sound. Had to sit outside in the corner just to get away from the speakers. There's a way to create a vibe without turning it up to 11. Figure it out, loud doesn't make you cool.

Service was beyond slow. Potatoes served with avacado toast were so oily as to be inedible. The bread for the steak sandwich was also very greasy. But the slow service really ruined lunch.

We had a great time at Flamingo Deck. Service, food, and ambiance were fantastic. Mariah gave us a friendly smile and great service all night. We got drinks, a Caesar salad, and a truffle pizza- all were delicious but we especially loved the tira misu cocktail

Ok hear me out - one of the best espresso martinis in San Diego with one of the best happy hour deals. The food took a while for it to come, but my friend and I did not hestitate to use that as an opportunity to sling back more espresso martinis. She was honestly taken aback because she thought I was kidding when I said they were good because we were once little college kids in PB and we never knew some of these great places had such good high quality drinks (sorry mom and dad, it was just a phase!). I truly enjoyed my time, the ambiance is so cute, prices are fair, great attention to service. I enjoyed my time!!
