Delicious food and absolutely worth the price. The person working front counter was a delight and very welcoming. Will definitely be picking up from here again.

I love the lumpia !! You really have to order in person as they rarely answer the phone and the hours are limited !! But the lumpia is so worth it!!! However ... their building on 38th is being sold and I stopped there on 4/12 and no one was there :( On my previous visit on 3/30 I was told they would be finding a new spot and would update their Facebook !! So I'm on here looking for updates !!!

I ordered 30 lumpia and a #2 combo with chicken adobe and pancit. It's one of the best lumpia I've ever had and the price you can't beat. Very authentic.

So happy I reached out to them to cater my party. Lumpia and pancit were a huge hit. Will definitely be back. Try texting or stopping by if they don't answer the phone.

Fredcel's is bomb. Takeout only and cash just heads up. Parking can be terrible but the food is worth it. The lumpia is amazing and I've never had anything I didn't like. They used to have blood soup which was sooo good but it's never around anymore. Super friendly people and you're in and out real quick.

Discovered this gem while it was "temporarily closed" according to Yelp status. They have regular hours and only do takeout for now, and cash. Made notification with Yelp, but it has yet to show. This is just to let you all know that they are up and running. Have had the chicken adobo, chicken tocino, pancit, and of course the lumpia. The abobo, tocino, and the lumpia are very good. The pancit is done with vermicelli noodles and not my favorite rendition. I prefer it done with an egg noodle and thicker, but to each their own.Am so glad I stopped by when it said it was closed. Would have had to wait further. Guess there's a lesson in that.Highly recommend
