This is one of our favorite spots in Little Italy. Everything from the quiche, sandwiches, croissants, muffins is delicious and fresh. The lattes never disappoint. The service is always excellent with friendly and helpful staff. Audrey is the owner and she always acknowledges us with a friendly welcome. I highly recommend this cafe.Dietary restrictions: Frost Me offers a ton of GF options and everything is delicious.

This is a nice cafe for working and to enjoy a snack while in little Italy! I ordered the quiche, which was tasty and a large portion size. I enjoyed sitting at the window in front of the kitchen where they were churning out cakes, pies, and pastries.

Our quest for a quality cake within our tight budget was arduous until we discovered Frost Me. Prior to finding them, we had tried numerous cakes from different vendors, each failing to meet our expectations either in taste, ability to deliver, or affordability. With just six weeks left until our wedding, we were losing hope until we discovered Frost Me.We were immediately impressed by the taste and quality of Frost Me's cakes. The frosting was perfectly balanced in consistency, texture, taste and mouthfeel, while the cake itself was a delightful combination of moistness and fluffiness. The cake was not only delicious but also had a fresh and light flavor. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the unique churro flavor, and even my discerning husband, who fancies himself a cake connoisseur, was thoroughly impressed.Having a three-tiered, elegantly designed, and delicious cake was crucial to fulfilling my our vision and ensuring our guests had a memorable experience. Additionally, Frost Me accommodated our gluten-free needs flawlessly, providing a gluten-free version that tasted just as amazing as the main cake.Audrey, the talent behind Frost Me, was not only professional and knowledgeable but also artistic in her approach. We were incredibly grateful that she was able to take on our wedding on such short notice. The simple yet elegant design they crafted perfectly complemented the overall aesthetic of our celebration. We wholeheartedly recommend Frost Me to anyone in search of a top-notch wedding cake that exceeds expectations in taste, quality, and design.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free Wedding Cake

I met a friend here for coffee and had a great experience. The cashier was super helpful and made some yummy recommendations. I tried the brown sugar hazelnut latte and the banana chocolate chip muffin and both were delicious. My friend tried the daily quiche and loved it. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Adorable location in Little Italy too.

I highly recommend ordering a cake from Frost Me and also checking out their cafe. I really can't say enough good things about my experience. Audrey was fantastic to work with and made the process of ordering a last minute birthday cake a breeze. I called at least 5 cake places in downtown San Diego and she was the only one to respond back immediately and to make the whole process so easy and seamless. The carrot cake was 10/10, spectacular, even better than I could have imagined and for the price vs. many other places I investigated, I really think it's the best value around town. She also made the pickup process so simple, which I really appreciated in a moment of panic about securing a cake. She decorated the top of the cake for free - many other places ask you for a design (which I find quite strange, as aren't they the experts?) and charge for every little thing they put on top. Besides the amazing cake, the cafe in Little Italy is stunning, with amazing treats, breakfast foods and service. To demonstrate further the level of service offered by Audrey and her team, my very first time at the cafe there was a bit of a mixup with my coffee order causing a slight delay, and the staff went as far as giving me a gift card to make up for the trouble, something I never would have expected!

Coffee is really good and lots of options for both drinks and breakfast items. So far the quiche is great and so is the morning bun (their take on a cinnamon roll with a croissant).
What a great coffee place! The ambience, coffee and pastries were all top notch! Excellent seating (both indoors and outdoors). This place is a gem for a good coffee + pastry visit.

Why should I be asked to pay tips, options starting at 15%, for a $3.50 drip coffee and almost $6 croissant as to go? Croissant was soggy and coffee was meh!
