The food was good, my beer wasn't very cold and the tizik sauce was room temperature and runny. My gyros was overflowing with meat but could have used a better mix of lettuce onion and tomatoes. But overall, a good Greek meal.

Being vegetarian for most of my life, I've tried many different Greek restaurants. Greek Corner Cafe (in Carmel Mountain) is AMAZING. My first time here & I tried the vegetarian combo plate ---> Everything, I mean everything on this plate was DELICIOUS! I can write in detail per item why, but you have to try this place for yourself.The service was awesome. Both servers, he & she, were friendly & had a very kind, gentle demeanor. I like that! The cook also came to see how I was enjoying my food & he too had the same disposition. Such sweet people.The ambience, I can appreciate. I've never been to Greece but they had Greek decor, a Greece mural, & played Greek music.Overall my fav Greek restaurant to-date! And the best Greek restaurant I'd say, in San Diego. A must-try! ... I'll be back.

It was okay. Pita bread was ideal, along with the tzaziki dip. Proteins were also okay, but not as much as we expected. Rice was a let down. Salad was fine, but did not need so much dressing.

Stopped by for lunch today and was not disappointed! I met the owner and a few staff members that gave amazing customer service! The sample platter is a must try. My new go to lunch spot in north county!
Food was tasteless. My mother had Dolmades and it was awful. My mother has a wonderful palate and she couldn’t even eat this. I ordered a falafel sandwich-no flavor. The falafel was dry and crumbly. It definitely was not shaped correctly. The Tahini sauce that came with it had no garlic or lemon juice. Basically it was just paste. For a Dolmades appetizer it cost $16. My falafel sandwich seemed reasonable at $12. My mom had coffee. The bill came to $30. Pretty steep for food we didn’t eat. I did hear that the Moussaka was good. The service was great. The server is a little shy, but very nice. The atmosphere is typical for a cafe situation. It did take a long time for the food to come to the table. I see they have a couple of other locations; maybe they’re better. Bottom line-we were truly disappointed. ☹️

I told him the truth - "It was fabulous, awesome! This was the best Greek restaurant I've ever been to!" and added that we'll be back! I've tried at least five other Greek restaurants in San Diego and they pale in comparison. There *is* no comparison. You need to come here and eat! You won't be sorry! They go the extra step to ensure that the customer is not only taken care of, but made to feel like they're at home. Deja and Eze were awesome! I'm literally writing this while sitting in the restaurant after eating my lunch and and I'm already craving my next Greek salad. I may return tomorrow. The salad was super fresh (I'm picky) and loaded up. I could taste the love and care put into it. I chose the lunch special of Greek salad with roasted chicken. It came with tzatziki and pita as well. Thanks, guys! See you tomorrow.

This place is an understated "gem" in Carmel mountain. The food was$5-$7 more than what i expected to pay......but worth the added expense for the high quality meal. The salad was superb- fresh, not out of a bag, crisp lettuce fresh tomatoes....the portions generous and the meat perfectly seasoned, rice freshly made.....The outside patio is perfectly shaded, clean and so charming there should be a maitre'de to seat you.....we have lived in the area for over 7 years and i am so sad we have only now visited.
