One the best places to eat in San diego. The grills are a little different from the usual Asian BBQ places. It gets dirty fast and it was a little cooking on one side of the grill more than the other.Food quality is AAA for sure.We ordered 5 to 7 types of meats and each times we enjoyed it.The rice ball is larger than expected. The shrimp was so fresh and huge.Garlic edamame, miso and gyoza were just as expected. The place is almost double the price of the other Asian BBQ places in the vicinity. At first I was a little hesitant but once the meets started coming and tasted them we knew the price was worth it for sure.Excellent service.Kids eat free.Refill drinks.Water is free.2 menu's 54$ and 65$ or so.

I ordered last March 10, 2024, a Restaurant Week Lunch menu (non-spicy pork miso and steak) at this Japanese bbq place and was not disappointed. The quality of meat and the excellent service (provided by Christina) are 2 good reasons to come back at this place. And this is my honest and unbiased review.

Went for restaurant week, and will definitely come again (although will not have to eat again for a month or two). A LOT of food, and all high quality meats. Plus the fun of cooking it.

It was on par or better than any of these styles of barbeques that I have tried from around the world. The staff was amazingly attentive for how busy they were. The food was excellent and the server was spot on with every recommendation. I'll definitely come back.

Got the middle priced all you can eat. About $60. The dessert was the best. I just ate Japanese bbq from Vegas. It was sooo good i craved for one in San Diego. This was not too bad. The meats are better than KBBQ. 4star for food just bc Vegas one was better but this was really good too.

Valentines course menu. Food overall was good. Didn't get our soup but not a big deal. The dessert was listed as chocolate fondue but it was chocolate pieces in milk I think and we heated it on grill I disposable aluminum cup. Essentially made cocoa not fondue and mold on one strawberry a turnoff. Server was very nice on a very busy night.

We had a large party and our server Christina was fantastic. The food was good we had several different orders : ordered Ramen ? with happy hour appetizers. We also had the premium meal for 6 for the hungry group and they devoured it. Meat was good quality and the sauces not too salty. The experience was great considering we had 22 people in our party.

Fun experience and great food

End the Pandemic

it was all a setup. the app that's trying to get me killed convinced the kitchen to poison the food that me and a friend ate. there were parasites and harsh chemicals in the food including the addicting cucumbers and meat. the servers were outwardly friendly. one server laughed about it. the parasites used can grow into a more mature worm with a tail after you eat it.
