Great atmosphere and service. Baos are light and fluffy and well seasoned. Flavors in the crunchy shrimp bao are especially good. And who can say no to that adorable face? Recommend going early if you want to try more flavors (they were out of the chicken and beef ones that I was hoping to try ). The waitress helped me come up with a great secondary option though! Need to come back to try their ramen another day.

Delicious food. Especially loved the bao buns. Service was chaotic and slow for several disches. Never brought us a check. Music was really loud.

We enjoyed a delightful journey through two contrasting but equally delicious buns. First up was the chocolate-filled bun. This fluffy masterpiece was a cloud-like dream, its pillowy dough yielding to reveal a warm, rich center of melty chocolate. The sweetness wasn't overwhelming, striking a perfect balance that had me savoring every bite. The chicken-filled bun offered a delightful counterpoint. Unlike some overly greasy renditions, this one boasted a light and flaky dough that gave way to a savory, well-seasoned chicken filling. The flavors were complex and balanced, with hints of ginger and scallion dancing on the tongue. The contrasting flavors and textures made them a perfect duo, ideal for sharing or indulging in both! The staff was awesome and kind.

Was asked to wait 15 minutes when there were plenty of open tables available. Seemed they were short staffed or host was in training. Spicy chicken ramen was good.

Good food, wait time is very long. The service isn’t the best especially if you come alone to grab food real quick. Awesome atmosphere. Food is good but not filling for the price. Limited of one or two items that are vegetarian.

Ramen was on point! We had a few of the buns as well. The people working here are so nice and welcoming. We had plenty of food to take back to our room! We had the pork Ramen and it was packed full of flavor! The Sake was pretty good as well. We had the pork buns and beef buns that are really nice! My sister in law loved the pork bun and almost didn’t eat it because of how cute it was ? next time we’re back in SD we will be back to visit this place. Thank you ?

This place is awesome! I’d seen their character bao buns online and just had to visit. We had no trouble getting a table at lunchtime. The staff were prompt and professional. The interior was clean and smartly presented. Is return for the food. The bao buns were delicious as well as being novel. We also had sides, which were exquisitely seasoned. I do wish that they had character buns which were savoury and vegetarian but they do not.
Great little corner noodle and buns place. Everything was great. It does take a bit for the character buns to come out. The power poke bowl was fresh and amazing.
