Hands down the best donut and breakfast bagel shop in San Diego. These are classic donuts and they are amazing....no weird oily taste just absolutely perfect. The breakfast bagels are huge and made to order. Thick pieces of bacon real eggs and absolutely delicious. The people who work the shop are extremely kind and clearly love their shop. If you get a chance to come here you won't regret it. If you don't like them....then maybe you should get your tastebuds checked!

I love a good donut, and have tried a couple different places around San Diego, and there are some unreal spots. Decided to give this a try early Sunday morning around 6 am. The service was very friendly here but I can’t lie, the donuts did not taste fresh. I got an apple fritter and a cronut and they both tasted like they were a day or 2 old. I’ve had donuts from spots in the evening that were made same day and they tasted way fresher then these did early in the morning when, if they were made same day which a good donut shop should do, should’ve been fresh out the press hours before.Hate leaving a not great review for small businesses made by hard working people, but always happy to try a place again and change my rating in case it was a fluke experience

Went in with my cousin and she wanted to order more than 1 dozen donuts for her daughters class and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude and did not want to sell her more than 1 dozen donuts and then she finally was agreeing to sell her more but she is only able to get the rest in the flavor the lady behind the counter chose because she said she didn't want to sell out by 7am. I'm sorry but are they premade? Why would you sell out by 7am by us bying 2 dozen donuts? On top of that she continued to talk in her language to the other employee while arguing with us. Very rude and terrible service will not be returning

I was on the search for a good old fashioned neighborhood donut shop and that's exactly what you get here. No bells no whistles, just donuts. True professionals in their craft, heavenly donuts doesn't need the extras, they put their money where their mouth is with their cake donut, the true measure of donut makers skill. The fridge had everything you need, you want sunny D? You want banana milk? You want Yoo-hoo? It's all there. I got a coffee with my donuts as well and it tasted like a 4 am shift at the steel mill, perfection. Heavenly donuts is named very appropriately.

Someone recommended this place to me so I said "Why not?" The donuts were decent enough to have again if I can't find a better place (one day). The ladies working were quick to come out of the back to get our donuts. I ordered a dozen not knowing at the time they charge individually for each item. I also got cro-nuts and a few croissants. Add a couple of drinks and it was a quick $35. It's at the end of what looks like a fairly busy strip mall but there is 15 minute parking right in front.
