Hodad's Once Upon a Time used to be my go-to spot for a great burger, but lately, I've been a bit underwhelmed. While the burger isn't bad by any means, the price seems a little outrageous for what you get.The atmosphere of the restaurant is still charming, with its quirky decor and laid-back vibe, but the premium prices don't quite match the overall experience anymore.As for the burger itself, it's tasty but doesn't quite justify the high cost. The quality of the ingredients is good, but there are other places where you can get a similar burger for a better value.Overall, while Once Upon a Time still offers a decent burger experience, the premium prices may leave you feeling like you didn't quite get your money's worth.

This is a hamburger restaurant that I enjoy every time I go.I go often because the atmosphere is nice and the food is good! If you order a mini hamburger and onion rings, the portion size is just right for me. I like the variety of burger types and sizes.If you visit Hodad, be sure to try the onion rings!

This spot is perfect for a hearty meal! I opted for a cheeseburger with cheddar and all the fixings, and it was fantastic. The fries were also delicious, with a rich potato flavor. I gave the onion rings a try but wasn't particularly fond of them, so my advice is to stick with the fries—they're also more budget-friendly. The decor is lively, and the music adds to the atmosphere. Just a heads up, they have a policy of not splitting bills for groups of more than 4 guests and there's a 3% added service fee.
Ordered a guido. It was alright, nothing special. I’m very angry because they forgot my chicken strips. I don’t mess around when it comes to chicken strips. Personally I don’t even think they forgot them! The receipt was stapled to the side of the bag, very clearly saying chicken strips! Ive worked in fast food before. It’s not that difficult to take one last glance at the takeout table before you pack someone’s order. That really got to me. I mean why? Just why? I don’t even think I’m angry, just crestfallen. I was really looking forward to those chicken strips. More so than the burger! Also my Girlfreind said they didn’t cut her sandwich. I won’t be going back. Ever. To any Hodad’s. Ever.

Went to Hodads not knowing that is was acclaimed for its burgers. I walked in with no expectations other than a warm burger and walked out with a smile on my face and a full stomach. The restaurant was full of life. I ordered a double cheeseburger and onion rings. It was terrific! PSA: The single is enough.

Ordered a Guido Burger Basket was good as is, but was great when I added some fresh onions and Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce. Wish the Onion Rings came out hot but they did not. Also had the Mini Bacon Cheeseburger Basket which was good but nothing to write home about. Fries were really good, well seasoned, hot, and fried just right.
