I’m not certain why the poor reviews. I’ve never had a problem and am always satisfied. I’m considering visiting today, Mother’s Day, for some good Chinese food! Convenient, and the hours allow for that late nite visit. My faves: broccoli beef in brown sauce, combo fried rice with extra bean sprouts. I like the spring rolls too!

Came here for a late dinner tonight. Ordered walnut, shrimp and fried rice. I knew something was wrong when the staff stated that they were not going to serve you food that it would be to go boxes which was fine. I ordered a glass of water for my meal and they gave me a bottled water and charged me three dollars without asking, when the food came out the white rice that came with the walnut shrimp was old, cold and dry. The fried rice tasted burnt again. The rice was old as if this was a premade that fried rice that they had in the back. There was no service Due to the fact that they gave you everything to go boxes there was no service to be rendered altogether. Do not go there. I spent $50 for two people and the food was terrible.

I've ordered online and also eaten there in person. Of course dining in, allowes you to enjoy it at its absolute freshest. The orange chicken when dining in has this amazing toastiness on the outer part. It's hard to explain but Omg it was amazingly delicious. If you ordered it to go, it's probably softer by the the you get home so the texture is different. . . Throw it in the air fryer for just a bit. Trust me. It's amazing. Same with the garlic chicken. Honestly I loved every dish I've had, the fried rice, the beef noodles, broccoli beef. If you dine in you get a complimentary egg drop soup and white rice. Lunch is probably best. The place is small, quiet, clean. It is a bit pricey, but you get pretty big portions which you get to enjoy again later. . .Also, have you ever had a midnight Chinese food craving after a night out, or in general?Well I sure did and I can't believe this place exists. You can't eat in late at night so that's unfortunate. You have to try the orange chicken while eating in.

The food was good but not the best I’ve had. We got our food to go. We were unsure if maybe there was some culture difference happening but the lady who originally took our order was a bit abrasive. Just not as friendly as I was in trying to interact with her. Maybe it was an off day ??‍♀️. The atmosphere was mediocre. Large comfortable booths but the place had gnats and was “sticky”. It was cute visually. The price was kind of hefty but you get good portions.

Was expecting actual HK Cha Tsaan taang food/drink like pork chop baked rice, Singapore style stir fried vermicelli, black bean sauce flat rice noodles w/beef, milk tea, ice lemon tea, etc. They don't have any of this. This is not Hong Kong food.

I regret stopping by. The atmosphere was really weird and the customer service was terrible. I asked if the fried rice was included and they said it was 2 dollars extra… well the fried rice was very dry brown rice… nothing special. The good thing was the protein portion which was big but it was honestly the worst restaurant I have visited in a while.

Lying to customers about order delivery time. Had to wait for more than an hour after they said they will deliver in 25'. They lied to me saying the driver didn't arrive but driver clearly was there. Bad service. Do not recommend.

This is my go to spot for Chinese food. It's so delicious every time over and over again, doesn't skip a beat. I find the negative reviews to be quite funny, especially the ones about having to pay 15% or whatever they tipped at the checkout for pick up lol that's an option that they give you but you don't have to pay 15% for pick up just click on the skip button lol some people right. This place doesn't deserve the negative reviews it gets for the most ridiculous reasons. If you're looking for bomb Chinese food, then come here.

Always great! Fast service and good food. Have been going there for years. Love how they are open late.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!Ordered the Beef Chow Fun at the counter and on top of the cost of the meal, I paid a 15% service charge - for no table service. I waited for 35minutes and no one from counter came to apologize nor check in with me nor offered me water. When I went up to tell them to cancel the order as I had to leave for work, they said they couldn't refund me as it was a credit card sale. They said they would take down my email address to inform me when they have reversed the charges. The manager wasn't around to reverse the charge. It's been THREE weeks and they have YET to respond. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I just to came here for a good plate of noodles like in the old days but it just isn't the same with the new inefficient, unhelpful, inhospitable management

The food is good, if overpriced. The images w/ menu prices is incorrect. Ie, Hong Kong fried rice is $18.95. Tea, fried rice, cup soup = $27.

Been going to this place for 2 years ordering the same meal and today they can no longer accommodate the order which I am more than happy to pay for. It's cool places like this won't last in this economy. Their new attitude with the management change leaves much to be desired. Won't return ... Don't waste your time on this place it's barely surviving let them go under and keep small businesses that actually want to provide a service open.
