We stopped in for dinner, and they seemed short handed. We were sat in a booth and told the bar tender would be our server. She was very nice and attentive, and looked very busy. I had their avocado grilled chicken sandwich, and let me tell you I didn’t know how bad I needed this sandwich in my life. It’s my new favorite!! My husbands burger was delicious also. What a wonderful experience!

Dry, cold wings. The Cajun dry rub states it hot. Not! Soggy fries. No way to check in for curbside and finally received my order 15 mins after the estimated completion time.

My online order was not in their system when I arrived to picked it up. I showed my email confirmation and location, date, time were all confirmed correct. My card was charged and I showed them that as well. They said place the order again and we'll have the kitchen make it right away. I asked for a receipt showing that my card will be refunded for the first mysteriously disappearing order, but they couldn't give me one because the order didn't exist in their system. I was assured that the charge would be reversed automatically since the first order was never fulfilled, but the charge remained on my card after a week. Multiple phone calls to eventually talk to a manager who told me that they were able to look up my order with the order number in my confirmation email, and I will be refunded. That never happened. I had to dispute the charge with my CC company.

Creative, yummy and downright delicious burgers, fries and shakes. I had a veggie burger Mexican style which had tortilla chips in it, avocado and other nomnom good ingredients and it was by far the best veggie burger I've ever laid tongue on.

This is chili’s pretending to be a different restaurant. Wings were fine but they gave me a ranch without a top that stayed on so I got a sloppy mess of whatever in one of the boxes. Ordered online and it said I should wait for an email or text that didn’t end up happening. It was better than starving, but it comes off as an admission of guilt that they’re hiding their namesake
