Super awesome staff at the drive thru. Busy intersection in the OB area so be careful of all the foot and cross traffic. The food and menu were pretty standard and made the way ask ed. The shake machine works too! ;)

This is the worst place to come and get food service is really bad plus the food is old I placed 4 meals and one had a hair and the fries were old and not eatable at all when called made the stupidest excuse come on I worked at a Jack for 7 years.never will I come here again. I only gave a one star cause I couldn’t post if not filled

Date: 02/03/24 Time: 02:04I pulled into Jack in the Box because I was hungry. I waited at the ordering sign for over two minutes without an acknowledgment and decided to leave. As I passed the drive-thru, I saw five lovely ladies standing at the window and the worker was having a great time with them. I went someplace else.

I came to Jack and box this morning with just a little bit of money. I thought I had enough for 2 tacos and lefty. Who is I think a manager there? Win ahead and paid for my tacos. Seeing that I only had 85 cents and my card was declined. So thank you to her. She's very nice. That was so sweet and so nice of her. She just didn't hesitate and said don't worry about it. I'll take care of it. I just wanna save this Jack in the box. ISIS there good people.
