Never understood why I go through the drive thru for 1 Breakfast Jack. They tell me pull around front even when there is NOBODY behind me. When I pull around they are standing there with my order..What kinda service is this ??

Went in there today around 12:30 the men's restroom was fifty with trash on the floor. Went to the counter to order and stood their for just about 5 minutes and no one came to take my order, so I just decided to walk out and will never return to this dirty, fithy and bad service Jack in the Box......

Izela, the drive-thru attendant was super sweet. There was a discrepancy in the order, but she handled everything with patience and a smile. I really appreciate great customer service. It makes a difference in a decision to return or not, and I will definitely be returning for their food and service.

Food was okay. Service and wait was not so good. We walked in around 2pm and were the only ones in the place. Had to wait like 10 minutes before anyone actually came to the register to take care of us. The lady was not especially friendly or helpful. We ordered our food and waited another 15 minutes. Took almost a half hour to get "fast food". The floors were sticky and tables were not clean. My first experience with Jack in the box was not so great. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Drove into the drive thru to get some food at 11:50 on Sunday, Nov 12. Literally was the only person there, no other guests, and no other cars. After I pulled in the dude said to give him a second to charge the headset. I waited 7 minutes only for me to ask if he was still there, and he said to still give him a second. I've worked a drive thru, I know it doesn't take that long to get a spare battery and even if he didn't have one, he could have made me pull to the window and get my order there since there were no other cars. Not only that, but when I asked him if he was still there, I could hear him chewing on some food. He didn't have to get a battery, he just didnt wanna do his job. If the manager is reading this, I want the dude that was at 11:50pm, on Nov 12 working the drive thru, fired. No way a human can be this lazy.

No matter what you order, even if it's a single apple juice box, they will make you pull out of the drive thru and wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes. They have the absolute worst service and could not care less. I'm sure their "numbers" look great because they cheat it by making everyone pull through the drive thru and wait in the parking lot. There are literally 4 cars out here with me right now waiting for food. Avoid this location if you can.
