A very large choice of flavors. This is a very American ice cream, thick and not gooey. The ice cream itself has a bit too much sugar. They could significantly tone it down without losing quality or flavor. This ice cream reminds me of Haagen Dazs in terms of consistency and texture and of Ben & Jerrys, in terms of wild choice of flavors. If you like that type of ice cream, you’ll like this one. If on the other hand, you prefer more subtle flavors and less sweet choices, you’ll not enjoy this ice cream.

Splendid ice cream at Jeni’s! Unique flavors and the best tasting waffle cone I’ve had in a long time, you can watch them be freshly made. We had one cone of Super moon and brambleberry crisp and one with milkiest chocolate and brown butter almond brittle. Delicious, recommend!

It was Okay. You can get the same flavors at Ralph's or Whole Foods for almost $5 less a pint then at Jeni's store. So that seems silly to buy from there.

I appreciate that they’re open late and have at least 2 non dairy options. However charging almost $8 for a bowl of a single serving of ice cream is way too high. I plan to stick to other local options with more competitive prices.

the service was amazing! it was just the cashier and one other young lady and they did amazing. the ambiance it pretty nice and has information of their company as well as funny/interesting signs. very clean and take care of even the restroom. i tried the wild berry lavender and it was perfect. the herbal taste is good but not too overpowering. you can taste the citrus also. the waffle pieces were crunchy and very tasty. would come back to try more flavors!

Hands down my favorite ice cream. The consistency, the decadence, the fact that you can actually taste the ingredients and not just a ton of sugar! The taste feels homemade Get the raspberry glazed donut ice cream is to die for!!! I ordered a pint to go and some waffle cones and it was the perfect addition to my Star Wars marathon night thanks for making pure joy on a pint!

Some of the best ice cream on earth. Really interesting and delicious flavors, though definitely on the expensive side. The staff is always friendly though and it's a great location with very cute aesthetic.

Ice cream is good here. Very good. So this negative review isn’t about the quality of the ice cream. The people your company chooses to hire is very awful. I’ve been here 3 times and everytime it’s the same 2 goof balls who seem to be incredibly H! out of their minds. Takes them 15 minutes to scoop 3 scoops of ice cream and they never look like they know what’s going on. They take so long to scoop peoples orders the store will go from 4 people in it to 20 people crammed in the small place be the time you’re finally ready to leave.
