This is usually my favorite JM location because of their consistent well-made sandwiches. Unfortunately, I door dashed from there last night and my #13 order was stale wheat bread & only half the meat. I’ll be staying away from this Jersey Mike’s going forward.

I am so impressed with the customer service at this location. The two gentlemen who took my order and made my sandwich this afternoon were absolutely wonderful. They greeted me with smiles and the sandwich is delicious. The ambiance is very peaceful around 3 pm. I will be happily returning to this location. Thank you so much!

Your sign says you close at 9:00 so if I come in at 8:40 you should still be open and ready to serve not closing down the POS and counting cash yet. If you close at 8:30 put that on your sign. Communicate.

the Mike's way club with ham, lettuce, bacon, cheese, and the red pepper relish was delicious! The staff are nice and the shop was pretty clean and welcoming overall.

Anytime I'm working in this area I make sure to stop in and grab a sandwich. So much the managers have started to remember my order. Everyone is so friendly and kind hands down my favorite jersey mikes to stop in at. Keep up the great work
The closing team turned me away 5 minutes prior to closing. They said that they are closing early because they are slow. As a business owner, if your business is slow and business/money walks through your door, you don't turn them down. Hopefully this is a good coaching opportunity for the closing shift crew. This is the closest Jersey Mike's for us. There are a handful of inside and outdoor tables, but this location is geared primarily for take-away. I've been very pleased with the counter service. The quality of the sandwiches is also very good. Today, we enjoyed a #17 (4/5), which is essentially a Philly Cheesesteak with grilled onions and peppers.
