I ordered my food and then had time to wait. The sandwich prep area was really dirty. They use to clear the crumbs and spills in between sandwiches, but not tonight. Additionally the lettuce was browning and when we ate the sandwich the bread was stale. Also disappointed that the person making my sub had stopped to find an order and was touching all the receipts and bags to find another order. I didn’t mind the stop, but take off the gloves or put a fresh pair on when you resume touching the food. Disappointed in the quality and won’t be returning any more.

Management Is amazing, I had great time there with the coworkers when I worked here. Subs are great fresh and lots of care gets put into the food. Definitely worth a try

Visited around 7pm July 25, 2023. Super long wait, the veggies looked like they've been out all day. The girl making sandwhiches was talking while hovering over the food. Yuck.

The past three times I have gone here I have had the worst customer service. My last visit I waited 15 minutes (only one person in front of me in line) just for someone to take my sandwich order. Every time I visit this location they seem to be working on some large order of sandwiches and have very little regard to the customers walking in the door. It's just bad customer service to make me wait 25 to 30 minutes when the store is pretty empty.

Jersey Mike's is my top pick for sandwiches. Aside from flavorful subs, they aren't stingy with the meats, and their giant size subs are a great value. Chipotle cheesesteak (giant size is $17.95): hands down the best. Abundance of seasoned meat, creamy cheese, and chipotle (non-spicy) mayo 10/10!Service here is never an issue, as it is always speedy and friendly. The food and service are consistent, as I've been to several locations within San Diego County and Las Vegas.

Came in before lunch time expecting it to not be busy but I ended up adding to a morning rush. They got my order started and made it great even while getting out what looked like a huge catering order or a dozen large sandwiches for an event. They navigated a pretty complicated situation with great teamwork and communication, and I the sandwich was top notch; no quality was lost even in the midst of all that sandwich chaos. Well done, folks!

Good chicken philly cheesesteak sandwich and a giant size was plenty for two people to eat. Service was quick for me to order sandwich and employees were friendly. There was ample parking and several tables to dine in. We went out kind of an odd hour so if you plan to eat in it may get full. Good selection of sandwiches. Mostly meat options but there is vegetarian sandwich and a couple of kids options.Vegetarian options: As far as I saw, there was one vegetarian option that was marked as a veggie sandwich.Kid-friendliness: A couple of kids menu options but both had meat on them. Assuming you could get it cheese only for kids who don't eat meat but I didn't ask.Parking: Plenty of spots but in a large lot shared by a large number of businesses.Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp to the sidewalk from the parking lot close to the entrance for this restaurant.Dietary restrictions: They had clearly marked Udis bun substitution on their menu for gluten free.
