I love Jersey Mike's, but this branch is almost always out of something. It's either the rosemary bread, portabella mushrooms, or something else. How hard is it to manage the ingredients inventory in a restaurant? You would think that after a while, they would get it right, but no. This doesn't only happen close to the end of their business hours either. I will report back and improve my rating of that changes in the future.

3.5 StarsThe service was okay, but could have been better. I didn't mind waiting for the server to make the sandwich for the only other customer in front of me. She starts making my sandwich and when someone else walks in, she starts making their sandwichm even though I let her know that I am in a hurry. That was inconsiderate and frustrating.The sandwich was good.

Food is always good, the service could just be a little better. I get it sometimes at the end of the night everyone just wants to go home. $40 for a couple subs is getting a little ridiculous. I know minimum wage is $20/hr now but damn.

I would not recommend using the mobile app here. I placed an order and asked for extra lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and extra meat. They did not deliver. I would not recommend tipping them if they do not follow directions. Please see my order number below. This has happened multiple times and im fed up with this lack of care and service.

The staff admitted to handing my hot sub sandwich out to another customer. Total wait time at this Jersey Mike's was about 23 minutes. The only thing offered to me was an apology. In addition to the poor service, the entrance door dampener has been inoperative for some time, causing the door to slam behind you while entering.
